Why is your dining room closed at 8:45 on a Sunday evening January 4th? Your hours posted says your open until 10pm. Food is good as always

They don’t use gloves and have disgusting nails. The guy at the window looks like he’d rather be at home than working, and my food came out with a hair in it. It’s obvious they don’t even use hair nets. Definitely the worst one in Marietta. If it were up to me, I’d give it half a star.

Need to remove the curbside option for your location. This is the worst service I have ever had from Zaxby's. Second time I order curbside and the nobody brings the food out. If you go inside and ask for what happened the food will be ready but is like they forget about it or they don't care. The first time my food was resting in the counter and the second time it was placed on the shelf for pickup deliveries. When I ask the lady on the front she casually tells me of I checked the shelf as if it normal for them to do such a thing.

I'm a construction worker and I'm dirty all the time. I have a box truck that won't fit in the drive thru. That is why I use curbside.

Now I'm going to eat my cold food thanks to you.

It wasn’t a bad experience, it just felt like they were rushing me when I was the only one there. The lady handed me my mobile order and didn’t say anything and just shut the window after I said thank you and have a nice night. The bag felt light so I pulled off and check and was missing a side of fries, so I went inside. A gentleman was grabbing them for me and then someone else came up and was arguing with me that it was a large fries (which I stated) and when I tried to show them that it wasn’t in the bag, he finally backed off. It just felt really rude and frustrating to get the side. Overall, I will not be coming back here. The reviews on this place are right. Bad service = bad revenue.

Safety concerns. 2 different occasions in 2 different locations the floor near front counter water spilled with no sign. I told clerk, no change....

I came for a door dash order. I like coming here because they tend to have good customer service, pleasant workers and fast pick up.

I'm not sure what's up with tonight but no cashier up front, waited for about 5 minutes. The lady in the bac, who asked one of the young girls to assist me. Lol, I was leaving and wanted to tell her thank you. But because she thought I was trying to get her attention for service, she went out of her way to ignore me. Turn her back, walk off.

I won't let this one night stop me from picking up or coming to Zaxby because other than tonight, they are always pleasant, on time and professional

I used to go every week. One day, I went a little later than usual. Even though they were about to close, that does not make it okay to put old ranch on my loaded fries. That ranch gave me food poisoning. I will never go to Zaxby's again.

I had pulled into the drive-thru around 3:34 and I was greeted with two very unpleasant workers. they were talking to me like they were rushing to have me out there but yet they made me pull in the curbside pickup. and my Sprite tasted a little off. and they got my order wrong.

I hope the owner see this review. This is the worst zaxbys have ever been to. This was my first time on Friday 10/17 and it will be my last. Customer service is horrible! Me and other drivers were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just the place our orders. And when I finally get to the window and pay the young lady told me to pull up to the door they will bring out my order, I waited again for another 5 minutes 😒 I tried to have patience but OMG it is awful! The lemon pepper dry rub was so wet and saggy! Omg I will never go back there.
