Chicken was DRY and Hard as a Rock won't be spending my money there anymore the fries were way over cooked terrible restaurant

Rude! The lady at the drive-through always has a stank attitude. Seems like she hates her job, but that's not our problem! I always ask for extra crispy fries and they never fulfill my request. How hard is it to ask the cooks to cook the fries a little longer so they aren't soggy? I've worked management in food multiple times and I would never let my staff act in such a nasty way to customers. Based off these reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one with these issues so hopefully Zaxbys fixes these issues.

I pulled up and the drive thru was down my first time ever seeing this at a Zaxby’s restaurant. Came in to a rude young lady at the register. I walked up she asked me do I want to order. No high welcome to Zaxby’s what can I get for you or anything and looking crazy like she didn’t want to be at work. I will just go to Canes from now on.

The last two orders we ordered are 4 finger chicken plates with fries and coleslaw. We have yet to be served any coleslaw. Won't be back.

The woman at the counter is one of the rudest people I've ever met , and treated us like we were ignorant and didn't know how to order zaxbys ! She needs fired !
