Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Just a little cup of coffee reminds me of the gentle rest God offers and His presence with us.

The atmosphere and the warmth in the shop feels like another home to be in. It reminds me of this verse: For I am with you, I'll never leave nor forsake you. It reminds me God is always with you even with a little coffee drink.

Cute little coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating is limited (4-5 small tables i think), but there are elec outlets for connecting a device to work at. They make good Lattes, which was the only thing I tasted.

My family and I recently moved here from Florida and we are big fans of local coffee shops so we’ve tried MANY throughout Atlanta. Banjo Coffee is hands down THE best coffee shop we’ve tried thus far!! The drinks are top notch and flavors are so creative. The breakfast burrito was so incredibly flavorful. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Their pastries were also so delicious. None of their products were overly sweet they were all very well balanced. Can’t wait to come back! Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you, Banjo Coffee!

An outstanding and unexpected surprise. Buried in Avondale, we walked into Banjo to enjoy a quick seasonal beverage but what we found was far better. Banjo is a gem in Atlanta. The staff is exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. We really enjoyed our short interaction with them and found their recommendations to be spot on. Their coffee is incredible with the perfect blend of flavor and espresso. This is definitely the best coffee I’ve had in the Atlanta area. Their pastries are delicious and their breakfast burrito deserves an award. We love Banjo and will be back soon! Cannot recommend them enough - a rare spot for comfort and quality.

Usually we go to Radio, but wanted to try something new in Decatur. Now, I can only speak to the (black) drip coffee, but it was piping hot when she handed it to us (never a good sign). Unfortunately both varieties of drip were bitter and burnt in both smell and taste. The location itself was good for working, but it was freezing inside and not exactly the warm coffee shop vibe I was expecting based on other reviews. I’m sure if you enjoy baked goods or burritos with your blended coffee it’s an enjoyable experience. For anyone who cares about the quality of your basic drip, go to Radio.

Nice shop, chill vibe! The customer service was awesome! Ordered a latte and iced mocha. I was hoping the milk for the latte was steamed a little longer and less foam. It was boarder line a new wave cappuccino. The iced mocha tasted water down. I had my wife and daughter tried it, and they both agree. We love supporting small businesses. We'll give them another try when we're in the area.

Over the last three days, we probably hit this coffee shop more than eight times since it was the closest spot to our training. Every single time I ordered the same drink—a cortado—sometimes hot, sometimes iced. And every time, it was spot-on: perfect consistency, rich flavor, not drowned in milk.

When I asked for an iced cortado, they made it without hesitation, no pushback at all. In other places, I’ve had baristas try to swap it for an iced flat white or cappuccino, but here they just did exactly what I asked for, which I really appreciated.

Can’t say anything about the food since we didn’t order any pastries or meals, but the staff was super friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. They even remembered names, which was a nice touch.

The vibe overall was great—chill spot to sit down, read, work, or just hang out with friends. It’s definitely not a grab-and-go type place. You can actually slow down and enjoy your coffee in a really nice atmosphere.

One of my favorite coffee shops ever! I love iced lattes and they never disappoint here. Ive been stuck on the iced salted caramel latte but Im always tempted to try one of their creative seasonal drinks. The staff are also very kind and welcoming, I always feel uplifted. And the cookies are soooo good too.
