“It’s a nice and a new place . The ambience was somewhat retro and modern at the same time. The serving size of drinks is big and everything was great. I went there with family and had Matcha latte, their boba tea with hibiscus in it and a blueberry cucumber sparkling drink and everything was great. Not very crowded and good place to chill and talk.”
“Love love love leftie Lee's! Their brunch chicken sandwich and egg scramble bowl are so good! Everything for brunch is made fresh and the baked goods always taste fresh too.”
“This spot is in a cramped area; there are a few parking spaces in the back, but based on my experience they are likely to fill quickly. The menu variety was considerable, and with the entire menu being gluten-free and a good number of vegetarian and occasional vegan options as well. If you like corn, you'll be happy. A got a tropical fruit juice, which always adds to the vibe. I ordered their version of a domino arepa, typically this is a bean and cheese combo but theirs had plantains and some sauteed vegetables as well. However, I was a bit surprised as I thought I might be getting a couple but there was only one. For what I spent, I wasn't that full. But it was tasty, and this is a cuisine I wish I could find more easily.”
“Had a late lunch with friends this afternoon and had a stellar experience! Food is fresh and tasty and our server was a rockstar. She ran at least a 6 table section while taking care of a full bar as well. While it was clear she was busy, service was spot on and we never wanted for anything! Excited to go back to try their pizza!”
“This place is located in a great area. Food was fantastic. Service was okay, it's a busy place. The employees were possibly exhausted by the time we got there. You can get great Chicago dogs and there's a very nice park across the street.”
“The CBCB was the absolute best chicken biscuit I've ever had! Ordered from Uber Eats. The peach persevere was the cherry on top! My kids loved the chicken and waffles.”
“Cute little coffee shop right across from the farmers market. Prices were a little high but my salted caramel was coffee was really good and not too sweet. They have a really good espresso machine in there and they have some seating but it’s a bit of a tight fit.”
“This is our go to for pizza but if you want a Greek salad then this is the place to be. Simple, fresh and oh so good. We always get the meat lovers. The sausage is SUPER good- the flavor is so bold!~ They're meatball sub is yummy. I was thoroughly impressed with the flavor. Everyone is always so courteous and the place is really clean. Bathrooms are spotless.”
“We love the lost Druid! We came for drinks after dinner and had wonderful service, drinks and a great place to talk! For two tired parents, this is just what we needed! Thanks, Lost Druid for an excellent night!”
“Incredible brewery experience every time. The space is cool, beer is top notch, the bartenders are always lovely and accommodating, and the owners are some of the best humans I’ve ever met. Easily my favorite brewery.”
“We celebrated my husband's birthday last night and it could not have gone smoother! Hayden was incredibly helpful and easy to work with before we showed up, letting us bring in food as well as use the chef on site. The spacious inside was perfect for everyone in our group (about 35 people) to mill about and listen to the live music (so rare at a brewery!). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! They were knowledgeable and informative about all their options. The varieties of beers meant there was something for everyone and SO many of our friends were impressed with the choice of venue (causal and a local brewery vibe... the backdrop is all their brewing hard work, it's cool!). It was pouring and cold out, but it didn't dampen the mood. It would be great during a nice day or even to come back and grab a few with some friends. Highly recommend!!! Thanks for helping make some great memories!”
“Nice spot with some good food and beer. Appetizers are all really good. Pretzel bites with cheese, buffalo cauliflower, and mushroom quesadilla were winners. Fish and chips is solid. I got Shepherd's Pie and it had a ton of grease on the top. I scooped off 5-6 large spoonfulls, which is excessive IMO. The server took it back and I thought I was going to get a fresh one, but when it came back I could see the spoon marks where I spooned off the oil. He confirmed it was the same dish but he just had the kitchen drain some of the oil. Odd, but whatever. They've had beignets as a special dessert both times I've been there and they are great. Not expected at a English/Irish pub, but they do them right.Service is friendly, vibe is nice. I do still miss Palookaville though!Parking: There's a lot connected to the pub with parking reserved for patrons. I've never had an issue finding a spot there.”
“Had been looking for a Pho spot closer than Buford Hwy . This place is great ! Came for the Pho but saw they have a variety of choices I’d like to try also .My go to is Pho Tom which was great and as expected. Could have used more greens but other than that the beef broth combo with shrimp was great !My wife loved the vegetable egg roll also .I ordered the egg drop soup as well but asked for it to not have chicken ( which is how it is labeled on the menu )I received the egg drop soup which a piece of chicken in it which leads me to think they cooked it in the same and strained it out ,The taste was good but I also didn’t expect such a big plate for egg drop soup .I would recommend smaller soup portions listed and if asked to have no meat be available to prep it as such .I will be coming back for more Pho ! And to try their other options!”
“Really appreciate the above and beyond customer service I got today from Alysia and the team. The Hot honey pepperoni is legendary. You’ve got a permanent customer!”
“We came in here for drinks and few apps! The server was super nice and informed. Really enjoyed the mackerel dip! We were brave and tried the sweet bread. They are known for them and they were really tasty! Definitely check it out! In the Krog street Market! Cool vibes inside!”
“BoccaLupo NEVER disappoints! It's my favorite Italian restaurant and even though I hadn't been in a while, they were just as good with service, food and ambiance as they were the last time (and every time).”
“Delicious food, great little diner atmosphere and a friendly staff. I'd heard many great things about this little diner and it lived up to the hype. Highly recommended!!”
“Friends wanted to try this recent Michelin Reviewed and James Beard nominated restaurant right in our backyard. We decided to go this past weekend for a birthday. Portions were smaller than what you might expect from typical Asian restaurant; however, the flavors and tastes were spot on! The drinks were also amazing. We ordered practically everything on the menu. After living in Atlanta for 30+ years - I am excited to have found this place and got to experience it. Definitely will be back once the menus rotate to try other things!”
“JenChan’s is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and cocktails are delicious. I have not had a dish there that I didn’t love. The margarita pizza, rice bowls, and ginger margaritas are my favorites! Not only is the food amazing, the service and employees are absolutely wonderful. A 10/10 must try restaurant!”
“Steak was amazing (sorry forgot exactly which I orded). Brussel sprouts were so good, they were almost better than the steak. Caught a drink at the outside bar before we were seated. Vibes were top tier and the bartenders were super knowledgeable and friendly.Parking: Valet is the only option I saw. I think they asked for tip only.”
“If you are looking for a beautiful experience of food, please come here! The closest thing to art in the form of food, and the absolute best and kind service that makes you feel so comfortable. Leanna was our server who was so incredibly kind and accommodating, Jacob and Travis were the culinary artists that put on our plates the BEST CHICKEN dish we have ever had. Order the Chicken Piccata by them and you will be left speechless. Pure artistry in form of culinary excellence. Thank you for a beautiful meal.”
“This place has everything it needs to be great. Staff is overworked at least at the main bar. No pleasantries, no small talk, just work. Nothing personable about the staff, they all just "do the job" this place lacks that personal feel. The bartender/tenders were all so overwhelmed there was no sense of comradery, they were professional but completely lacked any sense of "getting to know the customer or creating an experience for the customer." it was very black and white, it felt stiff and jarring to ask for anything. Food was great, had the lobster bisque, Caesar salad, Crab cocktail and Wagyu beef carpaccio. only suggestion on the food was that they crab cocktail be served in a martini glass, the cabbage hides the crab, and it makes you wonder "what the hell is that?" The Wagyu beef carpaccio was great, just a little over kill on the arugula and parmesan cheese, let the meat do the talking not the toppings.”
“If you’re looking for one of the best restaurants in Atlanta it’s this. Also hands down the best cocktails in the city. Oysters are a must here and every small dish is done really well.”
“As always, La Grotta remains one of the best Italian restaurants around. The atmosphere is classy, so please dress accordingly, as people go for both the atmosphere as well as the food/vino. The super tuscan vino is great if you are looking for a new wine to try, you can order a glass or the bottle (I recommend bottle if there are 3+ in your party it ends up being cheaper than individual glasses). The sacchetti as well as the pappardelle are both wonderful dishes. The gnocchi is cooked perfectly if you are a gnocchi fan.”
“Amazing food, great atmosphere and great service. It’s an Vegan restaurant and they source a lot of their materials from the local area. Highly recommend you try this place out.”
“My FAVORITE place in Midtown. It’s just a unique flavor combination in all of the food and drinks and they also offer gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan which can be hard to find!I love the overall ambiance! It feels cool and lounge-y, but still casual and like everyone is welcome. Service is always great (especially the bartender Micah!), which is also rare in Atlanta. My favorites are the Max and cheese, crab cakes, and Po Boy. Best drinks are the mai Tao old fashioned and broken parachute (and I don’t even like mezcal). The owners and staff have done a great job of creating a unique place with a great vibe where everyone is welcome, with tasty food, creative drinks, and not too expensive!”
“Came here with some family. Service was impeccable. The menu is very simple, but smaller portions. Food was good. Drinks were also ok - smokey old fashion lacked smokiness. The beef tartare was by far my favorite - not the typical smaller cuts of beef at other places.”
“Not a big seafood person but I really like the blackened grouper. My favorite is the hot fish sandwich though. The perfect crunch on both. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back.”
“I've cherished this restaurant from the moment it opened. It has a serene and delightful ambiance, alongside the truly outstanding cuisine. Over the years, each visit has been a testament to its excellence. Unfortunately, our latest dining experience didn't quite match the high standards we've come to expect. Despite making a reservation well ahead of time and indicating that we were celebrating our anniversary, we found ourselves seated in the bar area. This part of the restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere, which, while enjoyable, wasn't what we had envisioned for our special occasion.”
“This place is such a vibe. I get “sexy food truck” meets “backyard barbecue” from the design aesthetic. It’s all outdoor seating, but there are parts that are covered. And the food? Shut up and take all my money. I stopped off for the first tome heading home from work and highly recommend the soup and salad. Flavor profiles on point and they add to the character of the shop. Who also doesn’t love a cocktail as well? Probably the best thing that I’ve had in my mouth in a while.Super friendly and engaging employees that will round out your amazing experience. Will be back for more!Parking: They share a parking lot with Donato’s and are in the back away from the road.”
