One of those places you have to visit when you're in town. They also recently were Michelin recognized and you can see why.They use a lot of ingredients that just taste fresh aka everything is delicious.Always get the tajadas con nata. This spot is in a cramped area; there are a few parking spaces in the back, but based on my experience they are likely to fill quickly. The menu variety was considerable, and with the entire menu being gluten-free and a good number of vegetarian and occasional vegan options as well. If you like corn, you'll be happy.
