Came in on a Saturday night around 7/8 pm .. not much of big crowd .. waitress took my order without writing it down that’s a red flag first.. but somehow i trusted him .. he came back with the complete opposite of what i asked down to the actual pho .. i asked for a lemon water to begin with instead of serving me that first he took another tables order .. my pho was wrong i sent it back .. the chef just took out all the ingredients and put the ingredients i wanted on top of the broth that was clearly sitting .. the pho came back cold .. at this point i was too hungry to even say anything again .. my original waitress didn’t even apologize or nothing.. i had another waitress step up to the plate cause he was so ashamed .. i always come here and get the same thing .. never again .. hire people with experience.. i hate wasting money i work hard for in a restaurant that just doesn’t care .. that’s a slap in someone face!
Terrible takeout service. Food is 15 or more minutes late.

Stopped and dined in last night and very glad I did. Tried the BYO Pho option, and even added a drink to go along. Great Pina Colada and food! Amazing meal to have before calling it a day. Will definitely stop by again. ?

Delightful food and service. Tim and Arya/Asia ( or an A named newer front of house associate) offer excellent customer service. They’re accountable and solution focused and which truly makes a difference.
Vegetarian options: The veggie fried rice is fantastic and accompanying sauce is perfect for everything.

Accidentally ordered from the PCM location, which quite a ripoff compared to previous orders from Decatur location. There was hardly any meat in the bowls, and fairly light on noodles and stuff. But worse than that, all of our little baggies of toppings and sauces were sitting DIRECTLY on top of the raw meat. Disgustingly unsanitary!!! Had to wash everything before we could use it. Taste was good, but will likely not order from either location again, in case we were just lucky with our past orders. Too many other great Vietnamese restaurants in town to deal with that.

it breaks my heart to have to leave this review, but I went to order some pho The initial bill was $25 because I added some clear spring rolls. I did not leave the tip because I did not dine in. The server left themselves a $10 tip, that’s stealing simply put.

The best Vietnamese experience I’ve had in a while. The Vietvana Sandwich with the paté was so good and a great new culinary experience for me. The bread was fresh and had a great texture to it. The pickled carrots and radish were delicious. The jalapeños were spicy. The veggies were fresh and the mayo was delicious. This is the first time also trying Grilled Shrimp Bahn Mi, as it’s not something you find on any menus around Atlanta. It was also very delicious. Some of the best Bahn Mis I’ve had. The Special Combination Beef Pho broth was so beefy and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. We got the Sai Gon Spicy Calamari which was actually the squid head cut into strips! I’ve never experienced calamari like that but you can bet it’s real squid. The breading on the calamari is soft instead of crunchy which is also a different take on what someone would expect. I’ve been living in Buford Hwy for many years and have visited all of the Vietnamese restaurants but Vietvana has really impressed me.

I got two bahn mi. Both were tasty, though a little light on the filling. Good service, especially since we had a big party.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but after tonight’s experience, I feel compelled to share. My whole family of five ate here, and even the kids noticed how rude and incompetent the servers were.
Let me start with the positive—the food is good. The flavors are solid, although the dishes could be served hotter. It’s not quite on par with Buford Highway staples like Pho Bac, Nam Phuong, or Pho Da Loi 2, but it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something closer to Decatur.
Now for the bad—the service. Since early on, this place has had the worst staff, and unfortunately, that hasn’t changed. The servers tonight were unfriendly, inattentive, and lacked even basic manners. We had to ask for Sriracha, at a Vietnamese restaurant, which felt odd. The server actually even put his finger up to shush me, saying “hold on.” Then he did the same thing when my wife went to pay, since they never brought us the check to the table. They did not seem busy enough tonight for a “hold on” gesture to happen.
It’s clear that the kitchen staff knows what they’re doing, but the front-of-house team is a disaster.

I loveee this place. The Pho is the bomb!!! I usually order in but this time I went in and Asia greeted me promptly with a smile, she was so pleasant and sweet and made my experience so wonderful. It was quite busy but nonetheless, the food and service was top tier. I will always recommend this place and shout out to Asia for being the best!
