Vietvana Pho Noodle House

This restaurant is extremely clean the servers are efficient and helpful and the Vietnamese food is excellent. There's from Vietnamese sandwiches to classic Vietnamese soups and entrees. Free parking, usually near the entrance. Family friendly. Sophisticated and casual without being ostentatious.

So I’m a lover a Pho and the best part is having a Pho restaurant right across the street. However this is the worst Pho I’ve ever had!! I’m so disappointed and the food picture is what I left on the plate. I paid for this and couldn’t even eat it. I’ve tried this place three times and once in Ponce City market and it was awful. The broth is bland and too sweet , once I added the limes it tasted like a limeade. The noddles were short and I asked for no bean sprout but got them anyway. This was such a waste of my money. The kicker is they don’t have WiFi. The noddle were mushy and tasted like flour.
If you love Pho don’t waste your money.

Persistent issues with online orders. Here’s the “flan” I ordered today.

I’m sad because this used to me my absolute favorite spot to get Togo food, but the last three or four times I’ve called it’s been the same man than quite literally doesn’t know the menu or how to ring in items into the POS system. Takes him ten minutes to ring in one thing and tries to tell you they don’t make the item on the menu that I’ve literally gotten so many times. Sometimes I call and he puts me on hold and then literally doesn’t pick back up at all. Food has come out wrong twice because of him. I think I’m finally done after today. So bummed cause the food was delicious. Such a headache.

Food was cold and they forgot my drink

Probably the best Pho I have ever had. I built my own! I began with spicy beef broth and added veggies and meatballs. I also order the Vietnamese dried chicken. Everything was delicious. I finished up with a iced sweet tea. Will definitely be coming back. YUM!

Terrible customer service. There is a older gentleman that is extremely rude consistently. Last time he literally made fun of my phone as I was picking up the order

I was very disappointed in the service that I was given at the Avondale location. It’s such a shame because it took from the atmosphere and food. The bon Bo hue had good spice but unfortunately lacked flavor. I will not be coming back.

Amazing

I'm a big fan of pho so that is what I tend to get. The barbecue pork spring roll was good. My girlfriend got the shaking beef fried rice, which was also good. I wish they would enact a no cell phone policy in the restaurant. The food is consistently good but it's harder to enjoy it in peace when some inconsiderate person has YouTube at full volume or is taking a FaceTime on speaker, instead being polite & using headphones. This occasionally applies to the wait staff on break.
