I always really enjoy my Build your own Pho from Vietvana! Very flavorful and great value for what you get! Lots of fresh ingredients! The staff is usually pretty friendly and welcoming! The one time I've had a concern with my pick up order, it was immediately fixed with no hassle.

We wanted kids pho for our kids but they made us pay extra because they wanted to put brisket on it even though we didn’t ask for brisket so they made us pay for more than we wanted to pay and when we tried explain to them what we wanted the server told us to just let him explain and for us to be quiet he was so rude!

The guy at the front door had a disgusting attitude. He automatically assumed I was ordering to go. When I told him I wanted to eat there he paused stared at my hair and tried to at the front door. Very poor service from him on 02/18/2024

Had been looking for a Pho spot closer than Buford Hwy . This place is great ! Came for the Pho but saw they have a variety of choices I’d like to try also .My go to is Pho Tom which was great and as expected. Could have used more greens but other than that the beef broth combo with shrimp was great !My wife loved the vegetable egg roll also .I ordered the egg drop soup as well but asked for it to not have chicken ( which is how it is labeled on the menu )I received the egg drop soup which a piece of chicken in it which leads me to think they cooked it in the same and strained it out ,The taste was good but I also didn’t expect such a big plate for egg drop soup .I would recommend smaller soup portions listed and if asked to have no meat be available to prep it as such .I will be coming back for more Pho ! And to try their other options!

I disappoint my ancestors every time i get food from Vietvana. I genuinely try to give them a shot but it always misses the mark - I've had their rice, vermicelli, and noodle soups (pho & bbh) and it's honestly consistently the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had in the US. I would say i have eaten from here 4-5 times and it's just like not great yo don't even bother.I believe they are modifying the flavors for the neighborhood because there ain't no way someone grew up eating these recipes and if they did, I apologize to their family.The service is mediocre to bad and it left a bad impression on me last time after watching how the wait staff threw the kitchen under the bus and verbally berated them in front of everyone when the server was def at fault.I didn't go back in person after that time but ordered maybe two more times takeout like a hopeful fool and im never eating from here again lolReading thru all the other low rating reviews, it seems like Vietvana is a restaurant where often the workers dont care about their work and the owners dont care enough to fix itBut when the food is bad too?? Idk. I guess some people like the what they are serving but I'm out.
This was my first time at this establishment, and I must say I had a good experience. I didn't dine in, but I did have take out. I ordered online. My order didn't process correctly, but I was charged so I headed to the restaurant anyway. Once there, my order wasn't ready but the staff was very courteous and helpful; and prepared my order on the spot. The more amazing thing was the food!!! When I tell you that food was fire!!!! Woooo lol. I'm going back for seconds. Thank you guys for the awesomeness!

I ordered pho ? to go…they gave me ingredients but didn’t cook the food. If I would have known that I had to cook it I would not have spent $16 I would have just went to the grocery store.I’m pretty sure this is not how it’s supposed to look?

Weird as hell. Every time I come here there’s some kind of inconvenience and blatant racism. Waited 5 minutes to be seated even though plenty of seating was available. Waiter took 10 minutes to bring us 4 metal cups and what looked like someone’s personal water bottle to drink from, while everyone else received glass cups with ice and straw already poured water into. When I asked why they gave us metal cups the waiter sucked his lips and said “Just drink the damn Water” and walked off with an attitude. Seriously I love the food here but only when I place an order over the phone do I receive good service. Totally unacceptable I won’t be coming back here and I’ll be sure to let EVERYONE know the blatant racism going on at this establishment.
