Hard avoid. In the extremely saturated market of breweries in Atlanta, this one is worth going out of your way to skip entirely.
Check out the other breweries within walking distance for better beer, service, vibes and prices.
Brasstown pale ale is a new fave!
Good spot.
The smash burger changed my life.
The service was quick, the drink was strong, and the food was good!!! 5/5 easy.
There are two stars missing only for two reasons; first of which is somewhat out of WH’s control. 1. Children running amok, jumping on top of tables (where people eat and drink) and parents turning drunk eyes. 2. Compost. This place, despite amazing food, beer and live music, generally smells like cow stomachs. Wild indeed but not so heavenly.
It smells like actual garbage here. The drinks are good but sitting outside and getting a strong odor of hot trash from the nearby dumpsters is awful. They need to fix this.
All the servers are nice. Otherwise, meh. Don’t come here if you like IPAs.
Cold Emergency Drinking Beer!
Beer was ok. Not great. Cool place to hand out that is very casual.

I'm dinging a star because of poor customer service. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tab open which should be convenient for the customer and the merchant. However, when I went to go close the tab I was told I would have to wait in a long line of people waiting to get a beer. And that if I just left it open they would close it for me and charge me 25% gratuity. Therefore, I'm not sure if I'm ever coming back, but if I do I certainly won't be opening a tab.
Amazing spot for the beer and food. Vibe, atmosphere, and customer service also great.
Mosquitos and bug spray, not so great. This past visit I couldn't taste my beer because of all the bug spray in the air. I left with a bitter bug spray taste in my mouth for the rest of the evening. Owners, pls do something about the mosquitos. Fans, carbon dioxide mosquito traps, maybe a spray station that's not in the back patio area getting bug spray all over folk's food and drinks.
Great place with good beer. Outdoor seating is very good. I was there during a weekday early in the afternoon. So not a lot of folks there. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Immaculate atmosphere. Dude bartender is super nice and helpful, the two girls were eh. Food decent but expensive for what you get. 8/10 experience
Great basic brewery ala all the purist places in Asheville. I'll stop by at the end of an afternoon bike ride for a quick pint. Very kid friendly and they have a good truck always there. Photos are when I happened upon a marching band doing a brewery crawl through the neighborhood.
