Wonderful World Coffee and Tea

I visited on August 31st around lunchtime, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. The guy and girl behind the counter spent over an hour arguing with each other instead of helping customers. They were passive-aggressive toward anyone who walked up, and I never even got the coffee I paid for after waiting patiently for 30 minutes. Their excuse was that the cappuccino machine was “cleaning,” but in reality, they just kept bickering the entire time.

It got to the point where I was better off walking away than dealing with the drama, even though it meant losing the money I paid.

The café itself has potential, it’s a hidden spot that could be great, but with service this bad and staff this rude, it’s hard to imagine the business lasting. The owner really needs to step in and address these issues immediately if they want any chance of success.

Chai was over ginger-y which made it taste sour, but the iced mocha was pretty good and price was reasonable. Three stars though because I hated that chai.

Great environment, great drinks, but they are woefully unprepared every time I come. Always out of something or don’t have any of it prepared. Always a long drawn out wait with these issues. Friendly for sure, but there’s definitely something lacking in operations.

Agree with others the service and amotshphere were great! My partner accidentally hit hot instead of iced for his latte and they remade it without a problem. But the actual drinks themselves were just okay. His iced latte was more milk than anything else, and my iced matcha was literally gray. Not enough matcha at all and not mixed well

Walk 2 ft next door for bakery. Quiet and seating in open area unlike Decatur crowded coffee shops with camped out computer driven worker bees. Nice good tea options. Cashless

I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk and lavender syrup. As someone who can’t go a day without a matcha latte, it was tasty and super refreshing.

I was in town for a college graduation and this shop was recommended to me. The touch screen ordering was simple, staff were friendly and answered my many questions with patience! Coffee was delicious and I enjoyed spending a few minutes there in the shop before I had to get moving. Would definitely return!!

Love Wonderful! Great spot with lovely decor, plenty of seating, and excellent service. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is my go to. It’s not the closest to me, but I make a point of working from here as often as I can!

A cute coffee shop with plenty of seating. The open-atmosphere of the shop does make the noise levels a bit higher, but it’s still a great place to meet up for a coffee and a chat.
The coffee itself wasn’t the best quality, but the teas and other options looked great!

Service was great and I enjoyed the touch screen ordering. I had to replace my order as the shop was out of the popping boba I requested. This was no problem but the replacement drink (Thai iced tea) i got was very bland and tasted only like milk.

Coffee is good. Great atmosphere. Very chill and plenty of outlets to connect devices (mostly couches/sofas though, not many tables with outlets), there’s also a bakery next door with shared seating area. Paid public parking.

Beautiful cafe! Wonderful spot to hang out. Nice barista as well, enjoyable to talk with
