An hour wait for food. And the waitress was absolutely no help. She took 3 orders before us from people who came in after us.. the cook done the best he could, food was good.

Restaurant was extremely dirty. All the tables were dirty. Dishes sitting all over the front counter. Employee outside smoking did not wash her hands. Restaurant needs reported to the health dept

We went here for breakfast each day that we were in Bainbridge. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. It was extremely busy. However, the host was very responsive to all of our needs. You could definitely tell that they were short-handed, but they did not allow that to affect their service. We did go once for dinner, but the experience was definitely not as good as it was during the morning hours. We will definitely go back again but only for breakfast.

On Saturday 20-JUL-24 I visited your restaurant for breakfast. The server did a good job. However the cook was extremely slow. I watched as they cooked one item at a time. The last item was the toast, it was the only item that was warm. Everything else was cold. I ordered corned beef hash, they cooked it and sat it off to the side before cooking anything else. The food was so bad I walked out and went elsewhere to eat breakfast. Before you ask, yes I paid for the meal. Only because I didn't want the management taking it out on the server. After all she was the only member of your staff who was doing their job correctly. I will not be back.

Over 35 minutes to receive our breakfast food order and this was before the morning rush. It seemed that the cook and his helper were completely distracted and disorganized.

Terrible experience. They were short handed, I understand that, but employees should not take "smoke breaks" if orders aren't complete. My ham in the omelet was burnt. They never brought our toast out. Husband was out of coffee for 10 min. Our Waitress never came back to check on us. All were rude behind the counter but the one cashier and she was the one that never checked on us. Don't waste your time and money at this place. I would give a zero if possible.

Service sucks waited over a hour for our food and it tasted like garbage

It was about 10 P.M. and wasn't crowded, but we waited over 30 minutes for a club sandwich, pattie melt, and some chicken tenders. When they did bring the tenders and fries out, they were cold. We canceled our Order and left.

You need to hire better quality ppl. And a cook that knows how to cook 2 over medium eggs
