Arrived early so seated promptly. View fantastic of River. Orders taken within a few minutes after being seated. Salad fresh & crisp. My shrimp grilled perfectly; not over seasoned. Roasted potatoes delicious. Serving quantity good, & priced appropriately. Slightly disappointed there were no hush puppies or bread & butter offered, but my appetite was quenched. Great food, service and location. Also happens to be one of the best values you'll find. When I looked at the menu I was wondering if they were old since they (fortunately) apparently weren't aware that there's record inflation. Highly recommend!

When the service is great I think it makes the food taste better. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel right at home and they are happy to serve you. My server had my drink out right away and made sure it never went empty. She suggested the fried catfish and I went with her recommendation.
