“The wife and grand baby had lunch today. It was the seafood platter and fried mushrooms. 1st they were very friendly and accommodating with the 1 year old. 2nd the mushrooms were very good, perfectly fried and not greasy. 3rd, the seafood platters were good, not greasy, nicely breaded, and food was plentiful. Plump shrimp, oysters and fish that were perfectly cooked. Cole slaw was exactly how I liked it. Hushpuppies were yummy. Atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful with a great view of the river. You could tell the chef and staff knew what they were doing because the presentation and quality of food was spot on… especially for a simple lunch. Price was reasonable given the environment today. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and we really look forward to our next visit to try some other things!“
