Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

5 star ownership and employees. We didn't eat anything but stopped here on our way home to let our kids use the restroom. 3 hours away from home and our car battery died. A few employees and the guy I suspect is the owner went above and beyond to help us out, find jumper cables, jump us off, and ensure we were able to get back on the road. Thank you Bainbridge DQ.

It’s a sad day when a manager (Gabby) at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill argues over replacing a blizzard that was not made correctly. She was hiding in the bathroom and the employee had to go find her. She told the employee to give us a small cup of Oreos for us to put in the blizzard. We told her that was not what we paid for. She refused to call the owner who had just left and said it would be a waste. We eat food every Wednesday night at DQ and get a Blizzard every Sunday night along with multiple drinks throughout the week. It is not good business to argue with a customer in front of other customers when all she had to do was make the blizzard correctly with Oreos in it.

Waited at the counter for 16 minutes for 1 blizzard and a cupcake (which I got out of the freezer myself). When I finally asked for my blizzard, they reached into their freezer and handed it to me. 16 minutes for an order that didn't even have to prepared. Terrible.

And as always, the place was dirty. Hard to justify coming back...

Both managers were rude and dismissive, and they provided poor customer service. I placed an order for a Blizzard, and when I received it, I noticed it was incorrect. I informed them about the mistake, but one of the managers snatched my receipt and said, "I clearly see your order, so I cannot change it." When I pointed out that I had ordered a different flavor, she responded, "The cashier recorded your order, so it's clear here," and then she threw the receipt back at me. Wanda, the manager, finally told me there was nothing she could do because it was not a franchise. I know how customer service should work be , and their attitude was arrogant and lacking common sense.

They were busy on a Sunday as church let out and food was hot and fast. The staff was very nice and professional. Well organized.

Lots of smiles... yes Sir & no sir, this from a wonderful group of younger people. Quick service... asked about any extras, IE: ketchup, extra napkins... a thank you, and have a nice day. I will return and so will my friends.
