I went there at 12pm and they was closed and I went back at 8:30pm and they said they was closed but it says there open till 10pm
The meat is NOT halal, that's why i order veggie. But i saw mosquito hanging around on top of everything. I said never mind, don't wanna order at all. Not even 1 star. This place needs to be sanitized. Full of dirt. 7:30 pm5/21/2023

We didn't buy anything here, it doesn't matter when we come here they never have guacamole or half the toppings, never friendly. We left and went to the Shotwell location they were better stocked and cleaner

Went in and a man was standing in line waiting. After about 5 minutes of me being there, I asked him “was someone working?” He said I think somebody is back there. We waited approximately ten minutes. Then I asked a Circle K worker was anyone there and she said yes. I then noticed 2 young ladies in the back. One was on her cell and the other was laughing. Once they noticed THE CUSTOMERS then they came out. He began to order and they say “we ain’t got no vegetables”. We all departed. This world is in a crisis smh

lady on shift 6am to 4pm. I order my sub at 3pm it was a footlong roast beef and she add just 3 slices of roast beef then I told her a footlong has 8 slices of whatever meat it goes there and then she kind of add anothersub slice and tells me it will cost me for extra meat ???? whatttt that’s insane. get ahold of your employee and teach them well the sandwich unit formula chart

Two employees and neither could bother to help me. After standing there waiting for several minutes i received a sharp “that’s all we got right there, oh and wheat bread only” then she turned away and let me just stand there. They are always out of everything and the worst service.
I’m becoming more and more disgusted with the people that work at subway. The place appears clean from a glance and the staff seem friendly, but I wish subway franchise would make it mandatory for staff to wear some sort of facial (mouth and nose) covering my best example would be a mask. The employees at this location will literally talk all over your sandwich. I just witnessed 3 employees making sandwiches and literally having full conversations with each other with no facial coverings. Just talking all over every ingredient being placed on each person sandwich. It just grossed me out! Please subway require that your workers wear facial covering while making food at the least. I definitely wouldn’t give anything over 1 star.

Placed an online order to be ready at 4. Walked in and nobody is behind the counter. In the back of the store you can hear two young girls running their mouths. Hollered out for them after me and another customer waited more than 15 minutes. One girl came out and told me she would be back in a minute. At 4:31 a third customer walked around to the side of the gas station and started hollering at them at a window. Finally they came to the front and I told them I had an order for 4 o’clock. They said someone had “pulled the ticket” but never made it. It’s 4:38 now and they are just now making it and the other two customer’s food.

I was just at this Subway which happens to be part of a truck stop by the way, and ordered my food. It came to 17 dollars and some change. All I had was exactly 16 dollars and a 100 dollar bill. They gonna tell me that they can't cash a 100 dollar bill inside a truck stop. Told me to go over to the store part and try to get it cashed like that's my job. So I go over to the store side and they, A TRUCK STOP, could nor cash a 100 dollar bill. So I didn't get a sandwich at all. I'm a nurse that was headed to yet another 16 hour shift and couldn't get a turkey sandwich. And on top of that was made to feel like I didn't have money. AT A TRUCK STOP. UNBELIEVABLE

I place an order and the nice young lady called me to inform me they did not have many options due to the industry shortages. I did not get my order. It has now been two weeks and I have not gotten a refund at all.
