Gavin and Araya are the most courteous employees I’ve ever had at this location. You can tell they are ACTUALLY dedicated to providing quality service and a smile. These two are wonderful.
Don’t even bother attempting to order anything through the drive-thru if it’s after 1PM. You will be asked to “wait a moment”, sit there for FIFTEEN MINUTES, and no one comes back to take your order. This has happened the last two times this year ALONE. Both times, there was no car in front of us, and 1-2 families dining in that ALREADY had food. This is absolutely ridiculous. Thank you, Taco Bell in Bainbridge, for reminding us why we stopped coming in the first place.

6:30PM on a Sunday evening, not one other customer in the dining room or drive through…..trash cans were full, every table in the dining area was dirty. Food was given to us stuck to the wrapping and cold. No soap for washing hands and dryer didn’t work in the bathroom.
