The food used to be made correctly now it's how ever they want it made the last few times I ordered my pizza hasn't been right and unfortunately it's only mine when I order because I do order alot when I place one it's not hard to put light sauce on a pizza and not overload it and today was the breaking point I only ordered one pizza with lava cakes so not hard to mess up when it's only one instead of the 5 or 6 I normally get

The pizzas always taste great. Super fast service. Only 2 issues. First, ordering on the app is maddening. It always glitches when you try to add more items. Every time. Second, the size of the pasta is laughable. It used to be respectable, but now, for 6.99, you literally get about 2 spoonfuls, and it's gone. I noticed the aluminum container itself is smaller than I remember, but then I opened it, and there was a paltry amount inside.

They cheap out on toppings. Asked for chicken and jalapeños and one slice had one chicken and no jalapeños. Other slices had about 1 or 2 each.

I ordered a hand tossed large pizza with everything on it they gave me thin crust and I can't even eat it spent $36 for nothing

Most ridiculous dominos experience iv ever had. Aparently dominos leaves it up to the franchise for how to distribute dipping sauce. This location dosnt include any dip with cheese sticks or other options that usually come with a sauce in our area. Ok fine we have a big group and big order. Ill just buy 6 sauces. They proceed to charge a dollar and change for every single one. Not to mention the absurd cost of the pizza before all this even started. Plenty of other options around jasper and ballground atleast.
Halfway through eating my pizza.I found a hair baked in between the crust and cheese and after calling and speaking with the supposed manager at the facility I was hung up on.

Just today I called spoke to Rob on the phone to place my order of two med extravaganza pizzas. He quoted me $42 and some change for pick up. Then I called back within seconds and canceled one of the pizzas. Rob answered again . I politely told him I needed to cancle the pizza with the Parmesan sauce. He said ok and hung up on me as I was in the middle of asking him how long the other pizza would take. So I call back again to make a complaint about being hung up on. Rob answers again, and I said hey Rob we just spoke about the two pizzas and I said was there a reason you unprofessionally hung up on me. He said, unprofessionally hung up on you?? I said yes, and explained after I called to cancel the one pizza I was in the process of asking how long it would take and he tried to say he didn’t hang up and I said yes you did and I find it unprofessional and I told him to just cancel everything and hung up on him. Not sure what this guys problem is but he might need to let a professional employee take the calls. People need to learn how to treat others and be respectful. This guy is a JERK !!!

I will let the photos speak for themselves. We order from this same Domino’s often and there is almost ALWAYS something wrong. We just roll with it, because it’s normally just the wrong drink, topping ect. This time was too far. We got the wrong drink again which was whatever, but it looks like the pizza rolled around the car and flipped over before we got it.
