A group of six of us went to Taco Bell tonight, arriving around 9:50 PM. As soon as we walked in, a staff member loudly said, “Who wants to come here at 9:50 at night?” which immediately made us feel unwelcome. We ordered our food separately. The first order came out in about five minutes, but the next two did not. The second order took at least fifteen minutes, and the third didn’t come out until 10:30—after the staff insisted it had already been made. Even then, the order was incorrect. Throughout this time, the staff was rude and seemed eager to push customers out the door. When another customer realized the door was locked, the customer joked about keeping them inside, and the employee with purple hair snapped, “I promise you we don’t.” While the restaurant itself looked fairly clean, a table used by previous customers was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Overall, the service was horrible, and the food was mediocre at best.. the manager was great. but the other staff were arrogant.

I've been to this TB location several times, and I have yet to order without being told that they are out of something.
Seems like whoever does ordering needs some training. Or maybe a new job.
