I live in Atlanta and have been on the hunt for the best birria tacos. I get them every time I see them on a menu and am usually disappointed.. Crazy enough, the Tequila’s in Baxley, GA are the BEST I’ve ever had! And it wasn’t a fluke, I’ve had them twice now. They’re worth the drive!!
The atmosphere is great and upbeat. The service is good. Good came out pretty quick. The food was hot and steamy. The Fajitas for two are good and enough for 3 if you don't eat a lot. The street tacos are very good. I will be coming back as this is a great restaurant.

Briar is THE BEST waiter! He was quick, attentive, so polite and made sure I had all I needed. He has amazing customer service skills. The food was excellent. I’m on a low fat diet due to health reasons and my food was prepared according to my needs. There was no grumbling about me having to order my meal in a very specific way and it still had the authentic Mexican flavor, just tweaked a bit.
