Get better employees and more employees. Some of these people don’t even do their job and they expect us to wait 40+ minutes when there is only one person working in the back? The only reason I still eat in Zaxbeys is for the food. You NEED more people.

I’ve waited in the drive through for 40 mins. I was 2 cars behind the drive through order board. Food was just okay. This is the 3rd or 4th time in year. I keep not going because it’s the same thing over and over. Jokes on me for retrying about every 2 months

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings is usually always a safe bet to get good fast food, Not At This Location! The customer service was absolutely terrible. The wait in line took forever and when we got up to the window we saw why it was taken forever to sever each customer. Almost every employee in this Zaxby's was running around playing and talking and hanging out with each talking and one was throwing ice from his cup which he was also eating out of. They also said that the milkshake machine was broken so you can't get milkshakes here. They don't know what a buffalo blue zalad is. Never even heard of it let alone know how to make it. Even though it is the zalad in the picture of the menu. The drive through line stretched all the way to the stop sign. If you want to dine in good luck. They have the door locked on the main side. They are NOT handicapped friendly. First off they do have wheelchair parking, but the door right in front of the handicap parking is locked. You will have to walk , or wheel all the way around the building in traffic. I DO NOT recommend this Zaxby's at all. We will not ever be returning to this Zaxby's again!

Very slow after sitting in line over 30 min, got a very Negative attitude from someone behind the window at the drive thru, not the person working the window. Then get the food and after sitting in line that long I would expect to have fresh fries. They were cold and hard.

Make sure you order your food in the morning around 5am and it might be ready for pick up around 5pm. The amount of time it takes for food is ridiculous, if they can't get any faster then they need to close down. Hopefully southern roost will put zaxbys out of business.

Don't expect much when there's no competitor nothing 30 miles. Wing quality changes depending on time when you order and how busy restaurant is. The smaller fingers are always dry from being overcooked. Please dosent reek of grease which is a good thing. But if you think you will be eating with a BDubd atmosphere, you will be disappointed. Wings were pretty decent and the sauces are ok. Overall if you want Wings, and you are wanting to stay local, this is your one and only spot. But if you are wanting a whole experience, take the short ride to statesboro.

Drive through like is so terrible. You will literally sit in the line for 35 mins plus. When there’s only 4 cars in front of you.

Walked in to get something to go and the manger was rude right away . Because our you he daughter came inside for literally one second to tell us what she wanted to eat because we were getting it to go . Mine you we both had shoes on but our younger daughter didn’t and after we started ordering our food the manger very rudely came around the corner and said sorry we can’t serve you she doesn’t have shoes on . But she was about to walk right out us adults with shoes on were ordering the food to go . But will never be coming back because of howRUDE the lady was . This zaxbys just lost a Layla customer due to rude man’s she could have been a little over about it in her facial expression and tone of voice

Place has gone downhill, I’ve had several bad experiences and after my last I will not be back . Waited 20 minutes to order , they were told by the manager to only take the orders in the drive thru and to clear the screen before they took mine . When it came time to order the cashier kept talking her friend that’s was doing the drive thru . This place is running with high school kids that just don’t care and a manager that doesn’t know how to lead . I saw several people leave because they were not attended and the wait was so long .

We did not get to see the order board before ordering. We were met 20 feet away by an employee with an order tablet. Not sure what to get I ordered my usual, a grilled chicken salad with bleu cheese dressing. Sat in line for 15 minutes AFTER ordering only to get a salad that I could not eat. To my surprise I received my salad completely DROWNED. Not drizzled, DROWNED in Buffalo sauce! It was swimming in it! First of all if I wanted spicy I would have ordered spicy wings! 2nd of all Who puts hot sauce on a salad anyway?! This is our 3rd attempt to order successfully at this location during a two month time span only to strike out for the 3rd time! 1 bad visit, okay somebody had a bad day; 2 bad visits, umm maybe they are working on it ; 3 bad visits is the final straw! I will NOT be going back to this location. Zaxbys of Baxley I am severely disappointed. Now to go find something to eat 😡

Went there to eat with the family, and they were closed on the inside. It would have been helpful if they had a sign saying why they were closed. We had to go to Taco Bell to sit and eat.

Waited for curbside pickup for over 15 minutes. When called about order, the girl was rude and said they were busy and that I had to come inside. They didn’t have time to bring me my order. Then when I went inside, the same girl had an attitude. Food was burnt and soggy for sitting so long. Drinks watered down. A waste of $55.
