Placed a curbside pick up order. Entered the color and make of my vehicle. Checked in through the email to say I had arrived. Per email instructions it said to wait in the car and an employee would bring it out. Waited 8 minutes and no one came. Went inside and 2 employees just standing at the counter. I ordered a steak and cheese pizza with half chicken from this location. It was so sloppy and wet and piled with veggies. I called to speak to the manager who would not give me her name. She told me her name was Ms Patel 🙄. She told me she would not replace my pizza or give me a refund. She was so rude. On 5/29 we ordered a carry out pizza, ticket #802. We ordered thin crust and when the pizza was picked up it was thick crust. When my husband spoke to the kid who was running register, he tried to blame us saying he didn't understand what was being said and basically just wanted us to take the pizza. My husband said no so he finally agreed to re-bake it and my husband at that time requested that it be cut in triangles. The pizza came out and was thin crust be cut into squares...read full review
