Well isn’t it the funniest thing in the world to make a drive-thru order-er have to drive back to the store for a missing item then accuse them of taking the food that they didn’t receive…

I really like their fish sandwich so am happy to see it co e back to the menu for a short time. The one I got had been sitting in a warming tray for some time and was barely warm. It was a big disappointment for a meal that was looked forward to. This hasn't happened before so I'll let it go as just one of those.

Just depends on your expectations. The food is good and on par with most Arby's I've had. However, they are the slowest Arby's I've ever been to in the entire country and it's not even close! It is the only one close to me so I keep coming back.

The Arby's roast beef sandwich wasn't sliced but shredded and had a lot of gristle.
Place is a joke. If you insist on eating there, go through drive through. They will wait on every car (even if they come long after you) before they will even look at a customer inside...

It's beyond me how a fast food restaurant could continue to operate when it would allow its employees to work at such a low caliber.
I had ordered a medium milkshake and they gave me the wrong size and didn’t tell me they had only a regular and large size. And I told them to give me a large. And then they said that my card did not go through and I showed them it charged my account. And then they took my phone from me and refused to give me back my phone til I gave him my card and then proceeded to charged me an extra 19$ for my food. And then I get home and they gave me the wrong food l. I ordered a roast beef sandwich not a gyro. The guy refused to help me and refused to give me a refund too.
