When it comes to Chic-fil-A, this unit stands out. They have mastered handle volume while keeping quality and service high. If you want to see what a Chic-fil-A should run like, this is the one to see.
The mobile thru is last priority now versus how easy the process was before the "remodel". I watched 5 cars that ordered AFTER me in the drive thru get their food and drive while I waited over 15 minutes for a lemonade and and ice cup in the mobile thru line.
This is the 4th time I've been here since they reopened and it's clear that something drastic has changed in their training, leadership, priorities (at least at the drive thru), etc.....
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location! Staff is always friendly and food is hot and fresh.
