We went on Valentine’s Day 2/14/26 & it was our first time eating there. We are locals but will not be eating there again. The food was good. No issues with that. But from the moment we came in & sat down the service we received from the young girl waitress was terrible! She was obviously in a big hurry and she hurried us to order drinks, hurried us to order food, everything she did was like she was just ready to get us in & get us out! Absolutely not professional nor welcoming. Interrupted our party to hurry us along. It felt very rushed! And we hated it. She asked one end of the table if they wanted dessert and never asked us on the other end. Again, not okay. She has dark hair and wire rim Top Gun type glasses. And we had a family member with us who observed this from NYC who works in Michelin Star restaurants making 6 figures & is a General Manager. And service is everything. No problem with the food just the service.

Dan’s is such a great place to enjoy some authentic Cuban cuisine. We always order the Vaca Frita with white rice & beans and extra mojo sauce, as well as the Dan’s Roasted Pork with Congris and plantains. Always top-notch food and service. We highly recommend.
Plantains were really undercooked and was surprised based off the pictures of the yummy plantains. Big disappointment. We actually got more portions at Nani’s when we visited from Tampa in November. We came back for Christmas and decided to try Dans, but we will be sticking to Nani’s as I didn’t get undercooked plantains and we have kids so we are all about the portions! Great flavor though.

My son and I went to have lunch here yesterday. One of many times. Dans Grill is the best restaurant in Blairsville,Ga specially if you want some original and delicious Cuban🇨🇺 food. The food is always excellent fresh and hot. Servers are always nice and friendly. The place is beautiful comfortable and super clean. I highly recommend this place. The best food around here. Overall excellent service!

Delicious!!! Me and my mother got the fried shrimp & it was soooo good!! Im drooling thinking about it, even a week later! My sides were the yucca fries and the pot of baked black beans and rice (it had a special name, but i dont remember it). The yucca fries came with garlic oil that really went well with it. I added ketchup to my lil cup & that was VERY good♡ The beans & rice wasn't my favorite, but I was so full by the time I got to it; it didn't matter

We ended up here not realizing what it was. Wow! Were we surprised! Some of the best steak and snapper we’ve ever had! Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Bonus points that our waitress had a perfect Cuban accent. We live 3 hours away and it would be worth the drive just to eat here.
