The person gives us the doughnuts but it fell on the ground proceeds to say don’t worry it didn’t touch the ground but I was watching it did touch the ground the took 20 minutes just to find a single doughnuts never eaten or buying any there there again

Every single time I come here they’re out of whatever I’m ordering. And whatever I settle for taste terrible and is never mixed just dumped together and shoved out the window. Best to go to blue ridge or a completely different coffee place bc im always disappointed here
Burned a Croissant sandwich (how do you do that)???? And lnowingly served it!! Coffee was soooo strong...and service at the window took forever...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The truth is that you need to improve your drink service. I bought an ice latte, it had a very bad taste, it was more milk and didn't taste much like coffee even though I ordered an extra espresso shot. In reality the drink was milk with a slight coffee flavor, very bad indeed.

Employees never put napkins in bag, almost as if they’re trained not to. And they take so long just to take your order. And they are always out of everything.

Only a 2 stars since the folks inside taking and making orders are usually very nice. Whoever does the ordering/inventory though needs a career switch. They are constantly out of many items, some of which as menial as milk. They never have any of the seasonal items and ordering through the app is always a shot in the dark as they tend to be out of at least 1 portion of your order. I feel bad for the workers inside.
