Every single time I come here they’re out of whatever I’m ordering. And whatever I settle for taste terrible and is never mixed just dumped together and shoved out the window. Best to go to blue ridge or a completely different coffee place bc im always disappointed here

The truth is that you need to improve your drink service. I bought an ice latte, it had a very bad taste, it was more milk and didn't taste much like coffee even though I ordered an extra espresso shot. In reality the drink was milk with a slight coffee flavor, very bad indeed.

Only a 2 stars since the folks inside taking and making orders are usually very nice. Whoever does the ordering/inventory though needs a career switch. They are constantly out of many items, some of which as menial as milk. They never have any of the seasonal items and ordering through the app is always a shot in the dark as they tend to be out of at least 1 portion of your order. I feel bad for the workers inside.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years now and this location has gotten progressively worse. The staff are friendly but always stressed because they never have enough workers and are always out of things. There’s always a sign asking people to be patient and not complain but if it takes 30 minutes to speak to someone and get your food you will definitely lose customers. I tend to just go inside Ingles for Starbucks now or wait until I’m in Blue ridge for Dunkin. Please give this location some help corporate because I do really like Dunkin but I don’t have time for these shenanigans!

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees are usually very nice. However, every time I go this location is missing something, or everything. They are out of cups, they are out of donuts, they are out of chai syrup, and on and on. I placed an order on the app for pickup and when i got there they said they were out of what I ordered. They said they couldn't refund it since I placed the order on the app. So I waited 2 weeks for an email back from customer service for them to tell me I had to go in store for the refund.... Still have no received my refund because I have been out of town. Purchased 25 assorted munchkins and got 25 of all the same...picture attached. Please explain to me how this is assorted? And what the heck is going on with this location.

My sister, brother in law, their new baby, and I stopped in on our way out of town. We went in the drive thru and had a great experience! We got to the window and Libby made the experience super easy! She even saw us cleaning out our cupholders and offered to take the trash and throw it away for us. She was so considerate and was very pleasant!
