Continue to forget order almost every time I visit. I don’t mean they get order wrong. They just forget that they need to give me food at all. Leaving me to wait for along time. Has happened 5 visits now. Considering I have only been to this Dunkin about 10 times? That’s a pattern?

A couple of months ago, I would not have given this place that high of a rating. You never knew what you were going to get. I usually just order food, not really drinks, and I would often get a burnt bagel, sometimes 2 small slices of bacon, some days it would be barely toasted, etc..Lately, I have been coming back and since the manager Thomas has been managing, I feel that this place is doing much much better. I had a situation with an employee who I felt was incredibly rude (she is no longer there), and when Thomas heard about it, he called me and did everything he could to make it right. He was so kind and I really appreciated him. I think he is doing a great job and I enjoy coming back now. My only small little minor complaint that isn't even a big deal is that I always order a bagel with just bacon and cheese. Some employees ring it up as a bagel and then add the bacon and cheese, which comes out to $3.60ish, but most of the employees ring it up as a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and just remove the egg, which comes out to about $5. It's not a huge deal but as often as I like to come, that extra dollar does add up. Regardless, I appreciate the effort Thomas and his team are making to make this a better place!

Everyone wanted new management but holy hell! Whatever is going on in there now is terrible,, it just took over 10 minutes to get a matcha, a small hot chocolate, and one donut. They gave us the wrong donut and it took 4 people to figure out this incredibly simple order. We were the only ones in line 🤦‍♀️ like come on.

I’m glad they got new management and team but to not be able to make a basic latte is really frustrating. I door dash it 5-7 days a week. There is no reason why my latte should be made wrong again.

Very very busy at 7:30 am. It took a minute but I was still out pretty quickly. Staff was very helpful when my coffee came up missing. Yet, I was stil outl quickly; still early for work at 8 am.

They quit the after 1 pm discount. That was as the only thing that made Dunkin reasonable in my opinion.

We stopped at the Dunkin in Blairsville, GA (16 Bracketts Way) around 7:00 AM. Online it shows as open, but the lights and sign were off when we arrived. We walked in and weren’t greeted — in fact, we were treated like an inconvenience for being there.

The store was out of nearly everything we tried to order — items clearly listed as available on their own menu screens (no caramel, no cereal milk latte, only vanilla bean, and no skim milk). While we were still placing our order, one drink we changed from hot to iced was already made hot before we had even paid.

To top it off, the one simple hot coffee we ordered black came out with cream in it. Completely unacceptable experience — the staff clearly did not care, and the location felt disorganized and unwelcoming.

I don't ever make reviews like this. Please take lessons from Dunkin in Murphy. Cold coffee, and always out of favorite breakfast food. My last breakfast was burnt stale. I would understand if it was one problem, or two, but there is an issue every time I go. Save your time and money.
Unacceptable.
