The food is absolutely amazing. The service is great. The place is so cute and the decor is so awesome. I was in Blairsville for two nights and I went back there for dinner two times in a row.

This ais a solid choice for BBQ on Blairsville. You order at a counter, but they deliver your food after they call out your name. Also there is a self serve station for sauces and take home containers. It seems like a good process. The food was good. We ordered brisket and forgot to request fatty for me and lean for my wife. Convenient location for us.

Stopped in for a couple pounds to take back to our cabin. The service was friendly and efficient. Pork BBQ was very good, not too smokey or fatty. The smoked turkey was awesome! Sauces are good, typically sweet Georgia style.

Amazing BBQ. I had a pork sandwich and sweet potato fries. Huge portions. I will probably get 3 meals out of it. Super friendly employees. Quick service. Plenty of parking. This was my 1st visit, but it won't be my last. Plenty of parking. Oh, and the sauces are made in-house and excellent. Please ignore any typos as I am going blind.

Jim's has been my favorite BBQ since they started selling plates out of the Booger Hollow gas station 15 years ago. Real southern cooking - the sides are so good, I could just eat them alone and be happy. Get a pulled pork plate with baked beans and potato salad and peanut butter pie for dessert.

Always a great experience every time we eat there. As a New Yorker who didn’t grow up eating much barbecue and still don’t, that’s one place I will! I love the ribs, the sweet potato fries, and the slaw!
I went to Jim’s to inquire about catering the rehearsal dinner for our wedding. Met with Zachary at the restaurant and sampled a few items that we were interested in serving. It was amazing. After some conversation with Zachary about what we were wanting to do for our wedding reception, charcuterie board and a taco bar, he said that they could do it all. I was skeptical about having a bbq place provided it all, but agreed. He was right, they knocked it out of the park. The charcuterie board was outstanding and the taco bar was amazing. We got so many compliments about how good the carne asada and chicken were. We can’t compliment them enough!!! They helped make our special day amazing!

Yummy stuff. Ordered the brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. Also ordered the grits, mac and cheese, and banana pudding.
The brisket was special (very moist/fatty with great flavor)—on par with top tier Texas barbecue. The other items were pretty good, too, but not as good as the brisket, in my opinion.
