I had Jim's cater my small wedding of 35 and they went above and beyond to accommodate. From the very start, Melinda was super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Not only was the food delicious (brisket, pulled chicken, collards, mac-n-cheese, cornbread), the food was delivered on time, hot, and set up with care. Melinda even left abundant to-go boxes, which were not even a consideration for me. I highly recommend Jim's as a catering...
I loved the food, my only issue is the current “manager” Perry, He’s very unkind and seems to hover over his servers, Unfortunately as good as the food was, I won’t be returning as long as he is in a position to treat his staff like slaves.
The pit Boss was on point. The green beans are a must. The sweet potato fries are a must. The pulled pork was amazing with their signature barbecue sauce. I had a chance to meet the owner he was a very nice guy. It's not just eating here it's an experience. I highly recommend this place.
