At 6pm no pot pies no crispy chicken breast.waited 10 minutes was told no pot pies, reordered 2 piece white meat crispy waited 15 minutes and then told no crispy breast

My food was barely warm. Didn’t want to drop fries because they closed in an hour and then gave me a cold Mac and chees for a replacement because they didn’t want to do their job simply.

I never have much to say about the atmosphere of a fast food place. This place... The oil is very clean so the chicken comes out very fresh tasting. Since they did the remodel, they have added new oil. And right now... I will say the chicken is turning out very tasty.

Now seeing all the 1 star reviews it makes 100% sense. The WORST KFC in the world. Chicken was 100% sitting all day and refried to rewarm it up. So greasy and nasty and for an 8 count I got 2 decent size pieces the rest was the size of a finger. Will not go back

Brand new restaurant. Very modern, clean and friendly staff.
Terrible service. Tried it twice since they reopened. Was a huge mistake to try it again. They cannot get an order correct no matter how many times or how slowly you repeat it. Management and employees are very rude. We cancelled our order and left because they were so nasty when we told them our receipt was not for what we ordered. Tables are always dirty. Not even worthy of 1 star.

Not sure what's going on, when they first opened back up they were really quick and the food was fresh and hot...they have gone down hill quickly..orders are always old now and I have to go inside and get food replaced. Not very friendly either. Ordered 2 piece kfc deal tonight and got the oldest driest chicken ever.

My wife came through the drive thru at around 4pm and ordered a 3 piece with mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, biscuit. I realize I use to manage this restaurant but the food was actually terrible. The gravy tasted burnt and biscuit was hard. The chicken was old and tough. I’m not saying any of this out of disrespect but someone needs to who ever is in charge. I couldn’t even eat it. Threw it away.
