Great food. The wait was horrible as they were short handed. But once we got seated the waitress was great and food was great. They just need to find more help. Better then most of the other options in town.

Friday my husband and I were in the mood for a steak and stopped by for an early dinner. The place was pretty busy with several available tables but it was obviously understaffed so we had to wait a bit to be seated.
My husband had the Renegade Sirloin Steak with Rice Pilaf and Brussels Sprouts. I had the Flo’s Steak with Broccoli and Salad. We don’t know what happened, but a couple was seated at the table next to us; after we were seated and they were served faster and both parties were taken care of by our same server. Hence neither party had appetizers. Our meals were simple dishes that don’t require much preparation time. 🤔 Food and ambiance were good, but the service was disappointing.

Awesome food and good service every time we go there to eat.
Used call ahead seating and then was totally ignored for 20 minutes at least. No eye contact made. No offer for water. No service period. Manager is walking around not checking on his patrons Will not return. I don't mind waiting but at least acknowledge your patrons.

Very busy on 08/31, but seating was not long and service was very good.
The food was just so-so. Strawberry salad, house salad, lobster chowder (very plain, lobster?), mac and cheese, were just not very exciting.

“poor performance” but this restaurant bullied me everyday. do not go here unless you want to be talked about in the kitchen. especially if you are teenagers you will be laughed about and called “ rats and annoying”
