There are 3 things I look for when eating out: taste, service, and value. Everyone in our group felt that Rib City hit the first two out of the park! The brisket is the best I've ever had. Our server, Susan, was awesome. I think their prices are a tad high. Being charged extra for "premium sides" is annoying. That being said, the food quality was outstanding and merits a return visit; maybe they offer coupons?

Our server Anderson (I believe was his name I’m not certain) was very kind and kind took lovely care of me and my grandmother during our time here! Very lovely service, the food was STUNNING, the atmosphere was warm and friendly! 100% recommend coming here!Parking: Lovely parking! Tons of parking close to the building that weren’t taken and lovely areas for wheelchair accessibility!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment! Highly suggest doing a family trip to go eat there it’s lovey!Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp for anyone who may need wheelchair accessibility! And the seating is very friendly to those who need to as well!

This was our first time ever eating here, we were passing thru on the way to Brasstown, if ever in the area again will definitely be back, food was awesome, and on Tuesday u get a free chocolate chip cookie!
The food was okay. My husband's chicken tenders were over cooked.Our server wasn't very prompt. We had to ask for refills.When we got ready to pay the bill. We paid with cash. It was 10 minutes before we got our change back.
