Despite my order getting messed up from a communication error (Mushrooms got mistakenly put on the pizza even though I explained I had an allergy), Krystal worked very hard to get everything fixed quickly and made sure that I was taken care of, satisfied, and had a pizza I could eat! The pizza was great but her service during a sticky situation made the meal even better. Thank you Krystal for your great customer service and for making things right?

Food was pretty good, but more American than Italian choices. The waitress rocked though.
Large Stromboli is awesome and when I say large I mean HUGE and mine was pepperoni sausage and onion and it was loaded with meat. Only ate half so half to take home. Sicily’s is kind of slow because they are so busy and like most places short on staff so you have to be patient but the Stromboli is worth a little wait. I have had pizza here also and very good as well.

You can't really go wrong with pizza, but I will say I was a bit underwhelmed by the atmosphere in particular. It's a lot of open and empty space and really the only character are giant TVs playing sports and HGTV and whatnot. Honestly even though i was with family we all were on our phones the whole time; I feel like the atmosphere doesn't inspire conversation.Vegetarian options: I love how they had a lot of vegetarian options. I noticed a good portion of the menu was marked as vegetarian. I will admit I wasn't really paying attention to it so I can't say whether they are good options or not (I had just got off the AT and was really hungry lol) but there are at least a few to choose from!
Wonderful restaurant with a big enclosed area for pets that you can eat it. The food was wonderful. My gyro was wonderful but my kids personal pizza was so good I didn’t finish my own meal.Kid-friendliness: Didn’t mind our toddlers making lots of noise and having fun. Plenty of food options

We had lasagna for lunch there and take out pizza and both were very tasty. They go a little heavy-handed on the cheese, so if you don't like a lot of cheese, you might ask him to leave some off. The service was good and everybody there seems really friendly.

Service was terrible. Focused only on the large groups and ignored the individual tables. I've been there once before and food was okay, service was much better last time. We finally left after waiting for 35 min, which included the initial 10 waiting to be seated.
