i ordered two ultimate meat and cheese burritos, waited 30 mins and decided to hit the button and ask what was going on. the girl said she was about to bring it out, so when she brought the order out, it was the supersonic burritos and not the ultimate that i ordered. (they were also cold) so i hit the button again and told her the order was wrong. i showed her what i ordered and explained it was completely wrong. so then she proceeds to tell me she will have it remade. i wait another 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order. so i hit the button again and this time a guy answers, i let him know my order was wrong and that we’ve been waiting nearly an hour at this point for TWO BURRITOS. he asks what was wrong with it because he made the order. i explain to him that he made the wrong burritos, he argues with me that he made the ultimate meat and cheese burritos and i tell him no he didn’t , the ones they brought me have tomato’s, onions, jalapeños in them. he said that is the ultimate i say no they’re not, that’s the supersonic burritos. i worked at a sonic for 3 years, i know the menu like the back of my hand. he clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about and needs to be trained better. then he tells me to go on the app and request a refund bc i have “an attitude” and i cussed at him apparently. i cant even go on the app and request a refund because it still says the order is being made, over an hour later. so now i have no food and i am out of my money. please do better, this whole experience was insane

Didn’t catch her name, but the lady who brought out our food was extremely rude. There were problems with our order (meaning it wasn’t done right the first time) and when we asked her to correct it, she rolled her eyes and acted extremely rude to us. We even had preemptively left a tip on the order. Never doing that again

The guy who took our order was irritated and rude for no reason. The girl who brought our food was nice. My chili dog was fine until I found a long hair in it. The food is not as good as I remembered. It was a little soggy.

Stopped by at 2:30pm on a Thursday to get a sonic blast and a shake. Unable to order either due to the ice cream and shake machines being cleaned. Isn't that something that would be done early before opening or at the end of the day when closing? Why in the middle of the day? Since that was all we went for, we left empty handed.

I’ve tried to go to sonic for a month for to get strawberry cream slush. The employees say everytime the slushie machine is down. It is a newer store. How it can it be down for over a month?!?

We went a few months ago between May/April for the Unicorn slush. We drove from Marble NC & got there and not only did they not have the unicorn, they didnt have slushies at all? We returned 9/17 and asked if they had slushies that day. To my surprise they seemed confused and asked when have they not had slushies and I explained. JACOB, went above and beyond to makd this experience better. I have to say he has great leadership and customer service.THANK YOU JACOB! We will be back.
