The burgers were tasty. Although my order was wrong the staff quickly corrected it. The bathroom door was broken and I was watched heavily by the other patrons as I found this out.

I waited an hour for my double bacon cheeseburger, got it just to realize there was no bacon on it, not only did I wait an hour but I had to call them 3 times and finally got rude with the person on the phone and they brought be 3 burnt pieces of bacon; worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and I will definitely not be back

The employees here suck, they close early almost every night and claim that they only can take cash when they don't feel like serving orders and tell you they aren't currently taking any orders over and hour before closing, just super sad considering Sonic actually has good food. Do better

I will not be going back to the Sonic in Blairesville. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for me to get my food. When I got my food it was cold and also they forgot some of my order and then I had to wait more time for them to get my food. It was ridiculous. I am very patient but when my kids are very hungry and ready to eat I don’t want to have to wait for my food as long as I did and then feed them cold food. So I will not be eating there again.

Ordered 3 of the new smash burgers along with other items. Order was not correct, one of the drinks was wrong, smash burgers has dime size amount of sauce on them, no napkins, no straws in the bag. Asked car hop for straws, napkins and ketchup. Also showed her the burgers and she said sauce was mixed in with cheese. It was not. There was basically no sauce on them. Asked her for extra sauce. She left and brought back correct drink, no sauce, no straws, no napkins. She went back and we requested a manager, our car hop was the manager. After about 20 minutes I walked up to the door and she came over and said she was getting everything. She came back to the car and still had no napkins, no sauces, no straws. We asked for a refund. She was very young and not up to the stress of a management position. We left after getting refund, still with none of the required items.

Curly hair blonde Lady at the window didn't even greet us and was so dry and unfriendly it was uncomfortable. The person packing food had their cell phone out on the counter where food is being prepped and bagged and continued scrolling on their phone while prepping food. Absolutely no smiles the entire visit. To make the visit even worse the tots were ice cold and stale at 1150 am. Such a terrible location. Something needs to change quickly.

We’ve given this restaurant our business 4-5 times since they opened. Our order has only been right once. They are always out of something we ordered. If you order on the app and there is an issue, they won’t help you with a refund at the store. Overall, it continues to disappoint.
