We went a few months ago between May/April for the Unicorn slush. We drove from Marble NC & got there and not only did they not have the unicorn, they didnt have slushies at all? We returned 9/17 and asked if they had slushies that day. To my surprise they seemed confused and asked when have they not had slushies and I explained. JACOB, went above and beyond to makd this experience better. I have to say he has great leadership and customer service.THANK YOU JACOB! We will be back.

That poor girl today trying to do everything herself. I'm assuming the guy there was the manager by the way he was just pointing and throwing bags in her face. I can get you some good management. Get rid of your weak links.

The young man taking our order burped into the speaker before asking for our order. Two of the three drinks had to be redone. The two guys working there didn't seem to care about anything. First and last time at this location.

The last two times I've come here employees have blocked off the mobile entries and the stall entries to where they aren't acceptable. I understand they are probably way to understaffed and I know they are hiring but i.think a sign with a reasoning would be better as ma u people get co.fused there is a lot of backing up and it's not very safe.
Me and my wife went by there to get food and she got a footlong coney and it was suppose to have chili and cheese and it came out plain and I didnt ask for it. Food is good but emplayers here at this location doesn’t know how to listen and has a very bad work ethic. I should have drove the extra 30 mins and went to chatsworth. For sonic.

This was the 2nd time with a week that I have purchased food here. Both times I have been told no smashers burgers. The young man working the driver thru was lacking politeness, professionalism and knowledge of what a customer needs. He replied yea, had to tell him I had drinks and I needed a drink carrier. Beautiful little restaurant but it's definitely lacking in food and the quality of service.
