Slow bad service not good at all food is not hot when brought out employees are just rude and not helpful would not reccomend its a waste of money to build this

I used to enjoy Sonic a lot when I lived in Florida and this one hasn’t disappointed me yet. I have noticed a lot of new and young employees here, and openly acknowledge that if you don’t have patience, I wouldn’t recommend dining here. The wait can sometimes vary, but usually I have no qualms with my order or wait. The fries do run on the too salty side. I recommend bringing issues up to employees politely- anytime I have, they’ve taken care of me!

They are always out of something and never make your order right. I orders a brownie blast and got a cup of ice cream melted with 3 or 4 brownies just on top. I also ordered chili cheese tots, payed for them, then after told me they were out of chili and I was not refunded and they gave me regular tots. Bad experience overall.

This sonic is awful, they absolutely need a visit from a health inspector. Every time I’ve came by my food has been cold and hard. I’ve gotten food poisoning both times I’ve ate here, I do not recommend. They clearly don’t know what they are
