Did an online order and picked up through drive thru. Employee was rude dropped my drink, made the wrong frosty, and then acted like it was such a chore to make the ones I paid for. Then had to circle around again because she walked off without handing me my drink and never came back to the window.

Absolutely will not take your order at the counter. They expect you to to order from the kiosk. Dis organized mess every time I try to eat there. There’s always one person actually working while the rest just stand around looking confused avoiding eye contact so they don’t have to take your order. Super annoying.

My husband went in at 405 threw drive-thru today and they sold him raw chicken definitely would not eat here very unprofessional un trained people they should train more about food safety been in restaurants my whole life never serve raw chicken will not be back they definitely need evaluated by inspectors and cooperate....
