Every time I have been to this particular Wendy's restaurant they have either messed up my order or it has taken so long to get the food that people drive off. One morning I was there before they stopped serving breakfast yet after I ordered my food I was informed that they didn't have any breakfast food after a different employee told me that I would have to wait for them to cook it. This was 20 minutes before they were to change over to the lunch menu. Then when I asked for my money back the manager on duty was rude about it and pretty much threw my money back at me. I will never be going to this Wendy's again. Unfortunately it's the only fast food restaurant in this area and could do very well if they would find better help or retrain all their employees. Hopefully they can get it together before the owner ends up having to shut down.

I understand not having enough employees, but I went into the restaurant to order after the drive thru wrapped around the building only to be ignored and then told they could not take my order that I would have to get in my car and go in drive thru. There were customers in the dining area but apparently, they close it after lunch...I don't live there. No I'm so sorry, no I thought we had locked it, no explanation. Oh and the handwritten note had fallen off because when I went put, they taped it on. I was very hungry and couldn't think of anywhere else I could get a salad, so I dutifully got in line. Now, once I got my salad, it was correct and good, but surely you can do better than that on a Tuesday at 2pm.
Dining room always get locked down in the middle of the day. Maybe hire more employees if that's the issue. If not it's unacceptable. Food quality is decent, but definitely not the best location.

We didn't get to have an experience because the dining room is always closed and the people sitting in the drive thru looked extremely aggravated! We waited a few minutes and the drive thru line wasn't moving so we left.It's always this way...
