Bathroom toilet was leaking all over the floor and the bathroom was dirty.

Food was ok, the lemon pepper seasoning was really strong i could barely eat it.

Zaxby’s Blairsville is a joke. Both times after football games, the same group of teenage employees acted rude, unprofessional, and flat-out disgusting. Sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes while they ate fries, played on their phones, and ignored customers—even after honking multiple times. I literally recorded the whole thing. Y’all aren’t running a restaurant, you’re running a high school hangout. Embarrassing.

Save your time went to order a family meal and heard the guy back yell OMG drop 30 boneless wings. Mind you they weren’t even busy me and one other car was in line. Needless to say I said never mind and went to Chick fil A where the customer service is always decent

Nice clean! Zaxby's and employees are super nice and friendly. The food was hot. The french fries were hot which is a big deal with their chicken fingers. The one in hiawassee Georgia. I would give it a pass and keep going and go to the one in blairsville

Every time I order from this place it is a completely horrible experience. Not even a month ago I came through the drive thru and had to wait 30-40 minutes for my food just when we got it, it was the wrong food. I am so tired of coming to this place and having these people mess up our food. My food tonight was half-effort made barely sauced on the wings and tenders. Skimped out on the portion sizes. I came in for carry out and they were subtly hinting that I need to leave since we came in at 8:56pm and I didn’t even notice the time. So I guess i’m the bad person coming in regardless. I don’t know what’s going on but this is ridiculous.

I’ve been frequenting this Zaxby’s location since I moved here 20 years ago. It used to be good. Within the last year, it has gone totally down hill as far as service and food quality goes. I try it every couple months hoping it improves, but it does not. I think it only gets worse. The food is barely cooked. Chicken is so rubbery, it makes me question if I ever want to eat chicken again. Grease has been dripping from my food the last few times I ate there. I asked the guy at the window for ketchup for a Zax snack meal. He hands me one packet. I look at him and he’s just standing there looking confused. I’m like “can I have more ketchup? You only gave me one..” and he hands me one more so I’m looking at him again awkwardly and he’s looking confused again. I’m like “give me three more please..” like why do I have to keep asking? Three times ago, I had to take our huge order back into the store from the drive thru because it was so undercooked. They tried to say it just looked like that because they got new grease. That was not the case whatsoever. They were rude and didn’t want to refund us so we had to wait for them to cook everything again and it was STILL undercooked. I’ve heard several people saying they’ve gotten sick from eating there within the last few months or so. I won’t be going back to this location until they advertise that it’s under new management or something.

usually I have a great experience at Zaxbys, but tonight when I went at 9pm, there was no one to be seen when the hours say 10pm. After about 5 minutes of sitting there, we started driving off and heard a female employee say “WE’RE CLOOSED.” And then “they’re gone, thank God.” Just overall very disrespectful and annoying to say the least. I hope the young lady learns how to speak to not only customers, but people. A tip for the crew: if you stay clocked in till ACTUAL closing time, you make more money! Hope this helps.

Yall have never had chicken like this. It's absolutely mind blowing. Top notch. The sauces, the service, and the spectacular food. It's gonna get you full and put a smile on you face. This chicken gives life to those in need and would save marriages. The teens working here sure have their shit together. I cannot wait to have my next zax adventure. Prices go up, quantity goes down. Food came out cold and this was the worst meal so far and we come here a lot. I'd been mad if I'd gotten this in the drive thru

Went there tonight. We went inside and stood in line for 20 min. They we busy with drive thru and ignored people in lobby. In the 20 min they only took one order while the line inside kept growing. Finally left and went to Chick fil a. Probably won’t go back to Zackbys anytime soon.

Staff could be a little more friendly and helpful

The drive thru has been taking so long to give out your food. I don’t know if it’s the miscommunication or these teenagers that don’t know how to work well.

if i could give it one star i would. every time my boyfriend comes here and asks for his chicken bacon ranch fries with no ranch, they forget the bacon. every single time. how hard is it to put bacon on fires and this time they weren’t even busy 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
