If I could give zero stars I would my order is never right I've given them multiple chances and I've only had it right once and that was in 2022! Told them to replace the coleslaw with fries and when I get home the coleslaw is MIXED IN to my fries ?♀️?♀️ now I can't even eat them because I'm allergic to an ingredient in coleslaw. Pathetic

Very poor counter service and employee screwed up the wife's order ( Food allergies) and when wife returned it to counter to remedy the issue, the cook just removed the bread that contaminated the salad and returned it back to wife. Being gluten and dairy free should be a concern to this establishment bit is not.Dietary restrictions: See remarks

Mobile ordered day before Thanksgiving. Order was ready when we got there and everything was correct, no mistakes. Were not stingy with the seasoning or sauces. Lobby was cleaned and was greeted when walked

I’m a broke college student. I spent the last couple of dollars in my bank account for Zaxbyes. And what I got was chicken charred to a black crisp, burned past the point of edibility. The workers that handed this to me did not care either.
Not worth going, found hair in my food, half my chicken was burnt and the other half was undercooked.

I signed up for the app and was supposed to get the free fingers with a 5$ purchase and when I asked why the receipt showed the full charge they told me "the discount doesn't show on the receipt"Turns out I was charged for the full amount. So I was lied to over 7$ of chicken wings...Also the phone doesn't work.

This store has ABSOLUTELY NO QUALITY CONTROL FOR DOORDASH. I’ve ordered from the store twice and both time my order was messed up and not just a little mistake, no. I ordered a boneless wings and things and y’all I guess didn’t have any chicken tenders so they gave me coleslaw? Like what then I ordered fried pickles and they gave me 4 pieces of toast?!?! Like that is not an even trade for the price I payed. Now this time I got a boneless wings and things thinking the daytime shift would be better and here I am sitting with 4 boneless wings and no chicken tenders. I BASICALLY PAYED EXTRA FOR A BONELESS WINGS MEAL AND GOT LESS CHICKEN!!!!
