This was the last time I'll ever go there. We went there and sit for a long time which that would have been ok,but after getting our name on the list for 1 hour. 2 guys came up about 20 minutes after us they was call in to be seated. So we left. That was not right for them to treat us like we was not even there. So disappointed in the own Nancy. The color of your skin should not have anything to do with your service especially when you are a paying customer

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My meal alone was $50.99 (steak and shrimp). I sent my steak back 3 times and it still wasn’t right!! (I have been in food service and I completely understand that the server doesn’t control the kitchen.. the waitress did nothing when the 3rd steak come out & I told u her it still was still overcooked (the 3rd time I ordered it rare). The waitresses only comment was “he only flipped the steak 4 times”. The bill was over $110.00 between us both us.. My husband paid our bill in full without any acknowledgment that we had a bad experience was offered to compensate. The only positive thing that I can say is that our dogs loved it…. We will not be back!

No substantial difference in quality or vibe compared to local places an hr over. Had family who wanted to go for the memories but not something I would consider worth the drive. However I got the seafood but the steaks looked amazing

Little country cabin, limited seating, long wait times, great food especially the steaks.
We finally made the trek from Dothan to try this place after hearing nothing but good things about it. It is true that they are only cash or card, so just plan ahead for that. We only had about a 10 minute wait for a table on a Saturday around 7. Their house made ranch is very good, and the catfish was phenomenal. The steak is good, and HUGE - be prepared to get a box. The restaurant only has about a dozen tables, but I think that helps the wait staff be attentive. All in all, great experience. Looking forward to coming back to try the quail.
