Absolutely disgusted by the insane lack of work ethic on the part of every single person, with a small exception of the manager. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes as everyone was walking around pretending I wasn't standing there. I finally asked if I could place an order and the lady said something like give me a minute. I knew my order was unique and needed a live person to ring it up. 4 burger patties with cheese, mayo and mustard, that's it. Lady said they didn't have mustard. Then there was a bunch of talk about how I didn't want the bun. Lol like it was a big deal. There was NO ONE inside except me. So not like they were super busy and it was an inconvenience. The manager asked me how I wanted it and I said just the burger patties and cheese. And that I would like mayo and mustard. She was the one that told them just to squirt it on the plate. (They miraculously found packets) I get in my car and realize they put onions all over it. Lol this should have been super simple. The original lady seemed super annoyed at everything. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. HORRIBLE. If she hates her Job that much, she should quit! It would be better for mcdonalds!

The family and I went for quick dinner after the Junior high football game my granddaughter was cheering and it was her first time cheering for school. There is plenty of room and we had a good time.

Slow, not especially friendly. Four cars is too much for their drive though to handle. It’s McDonald’s - my expectations are low, but I expected a quicker dive through.

I ordered a coffee and asked for cups for water for my children. They charged me $3 per cup for the water, even though a coffee was less than $3. I asked several times to make sure we understood correctly that they were charging me $3 for a cup to get water out of their fountain. Then when I said that was outrageous and asked them to remove that from my order, no one could figure out how to remove the unwanted items. We stood in line waiting while three different people tried to remove the unwanted items until we gave up and left empty handed. Unbelievable. I don’t mind paying a little for a cup, but to charge more for a cup than an actual beverage is outrageous, and the incompetence of the employees and lack of management oversight was frustrating.

Coffee was lukewarm at best.
Went through the drive thru on the drive home.... looking thru the pick up window the store was in complete shambles.

Awful. So many employees and you wait 30-40 minutes for food. Comes out wrong and not even warm.

Consistently a let down. If its even open, Lobby service is the slowest I've ever seen with Breakfast orders raking up to 30 minutes to receive. Manager does not care and will not refund. This place is an absolute disaster.
