Consistently a let down. If its even open, Lobby service is the slowest I've ever seen with Breakfast orders raking up to 30 minutes to receive. Manager does not care and will not refund. This place is an absolute disaster.

so disappointed in McDonalds right now this is the 3rd time I have tried to get something from there. yall are slow unprofessional and total lack of customer service skills. I ordered a strawberry shake and a caramel coffee today was told the shake machine was working and then when I got to the window to pick it up suddenly the shake machine is no longer working. so its the summer time. stop advertising shakes if you don't have shakes. and no a frap chino is not a shake and will not serfice.

Let's not even talk about the food that was so horrific or the fact they were out of steak and sausage. The place was the most disgusting dump I've ever driven through. And I didn't go inside. The drive through is a literal trash can and smells like it too. Almost donated my money and left it felt so gross sitting in a drive through.
Food was good but we ordered one burger with no pickles and one without. They left the pickles and onions off of both.

NO and NO…never again…incorrect billing twice… stood at window “forever”…. so frustrated I left without picking up the overpriced coffee and small fries!!!! A warning - stay away!
