We just ate at Tiners for the first and last time tonight. Now the food was good. I had catfish fillets, cheese grits and corn nuggets. The food was cooked well and came out hot. My problem was the restaurant itself was filthy!! Your feet stuck to the floor, the walls and chair railing were greasy and covered with dust as was the air vent and a/c unit near my chair. Salt and pepper shakers were so sticky and dirty I chose not to use them. Now I'm not exaggerating about this! It was very very dirty. The health dept gave them a 100% A rating, but that must have been quite a while back. Obviously no health inspector has been there in a very long time. A good scrubbing is definately in order.

Fish was fried so hard it was nothing but skin and that’s with all three plates we got
Quaint little restaurant off a side street, off the beaten path. Services were great, the food was amazing, and the waitresses were fast & friendly. Prices were very economical, and portions were just right without being too much. The line was long (which attests to the quality of the food), but they moved everyone along swiftly and with a smile. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next night to try something different from the menu, and we're not disappointed. We live about 35 minutes away, and it was well worth the drive. We'll definitely be back again in the near future.
Wasn't please with my orders for the price it was, if I spend my money I expect to get what I'm paying for I'm tired of being short changed on things that I purchase and this isn't the first time ,was giving the benefit of a doubt but got short changed again and my money is hard earned .
