Just ate at the Pendleton SC location. Food was horrible and smelled musky inside the restaurant. Lost my business.

stay away from the dairy Queen in Pottstown Pennsylvania I bought a box of Dilly bars and a box of ice cream sandwiches I brought them home the Dilly bars are impossible to eat on the stick because the stick is barely attached to the Dilly bar the sandwiches were worse they were all smashed they looked like they they had been melted and refrozen the ice cream was yellow they were stuck to the box brought them back got a replacement and the sandwich cookie was so disgustingly mushy you could tell that everything in the store is old

Palmer Dairy Queen has horrible food and the new employees there are very unprofessional. and when they should be helping customers when it’s busy, they’re outside flinging frisbees..

Cashier rude!!!!!!! We ordered food and she hadn’t cleaned table so I cleaned it so me and my nieces could sit down.she brought food and one ice cream cone when it was to be two and bring after we ate. Didn’t give us are cups had to go ask for them. She didn’t care how bad her attitude was and I don’t think she cared. Will never go back to Dairy Queen at Cleveland Ave SW canton Ohio.

Placed a mobile order for $42. Store claimed to never got it and refused to give me my food or refund my money. Manager basically said it was my problem and was no help in getting this issue resolved. Been trying to get ahold of someone higher than the store manager to get my money back and it's been a fight. Will never be back to a Dairy Queen again. Plenty of other places that have better food and are willing to work with you to make problems right. Beyond frustrated.

The DQ in Rincon, Ga always has friendly staff and great food served in a clean place. Thank you!!

The food tasted good, but ordering a plain hamburger apparently means "cover it in condiments." I just scraped the stuff off but don't get why it's hard to get it correct.

Me and six coworkers decided to grab a quick bite to eat at around 12 p.m. on Tuesday August 12 2024. All seven of us have had stomach pains and multiple trips to the bathroom about 6 hours after eating here. Our only common denominator as to why we all got sick was the food here. I also want to state that the food did not have a foul odor or taste and everything was in order so it may have been some cross contamination of some sort.
