Noble Roots Reviews
We just recently decided to try out the new restaurant very pleasantly surprised. The food was so good. It was excellent and the presentation very nice! The atmosphere was inviting.and unique. Paige was our server and she was excellent! We were amazed at her memory of ordering our food without writing it down, and she got each order correct. She was attentive, but not overwhelming! She knew the menu, and made excellent suggestions! I would recommend Noble Roots 100%

We absolutely love Noble Roots, the service was fantastic. The shrimp and grits were amazing and the salmon was fabulous. This is a must when you are in Pooler.

Noble Roots offers a pleasant dining experience with good food, drinks, and atmosphere. Their menu features items like the Noble burger, fries, and Caesar salad, as well as specialty drinks and beer, including the rose margarita. The restaurant has a full bar with cocktails priced around $15 or more and a self-serve wine system that works like a bank ATM. The service is friendly, with helpful servers. The atmosphere is unique, with a converted warehouse setting, making it perfect for date nights, though it can get crowded and noisy. Standout dishes include the best steak in years, lobster ravioli, shortrib ravioli, scallops, gator bites, and rib eye steak cooked to perfection. Be sure to save room for their impressive desserts, like cheesecake, lemon berry cake, and creamy crème brûlée. Parking is easy on the property, but it can get busy during peak seasons. This hidden gem in the blue moon crossing of Pooler also offers the option to try 24 wines.
