Usually get good food but tonight wasn't up to par. Roast beef classics were done correctly this time and still decent to eat, but the chicken sandwich meal for 10.79 was totally NOT worth the money period! Sprite wasn't fit to drink, chicken was not only thin as heck but dried out and mostly bread. Once you tear the outside off you will get to the chicken on the inside but tough, dry and again thin. Took one bite and fed the rest to my dog. Will not be getting, or wasting my money on that again.

It's a typical fast food . It has a really clean lobby and bathroom, which is always a plus, especially with locals and travelers alike .

Workers were nice ‘’ but how ever the food is shrinking again ! And it’s proberly going to happen for all Arby’s across the board…

It's fine most of the time, but sometimes they want to fight about the dumbest things. I called and told the person my coke tasted disgusting, and that it had either been sitting on the counter for hours or their soda nozzles are disgusting. He assured me that the drink never sat though, so I guess they don't clean their machinery. They are like genuinely aggressive when you get them on the phone. I won't even describe how the second phone call went because I'm not trying to get any body fired, but someone needs a break and a new attitude.

My name is Brittnei Barnette I am 22 years old and me and my fiancé came to this Arby’s and picked up a Mobile order which was a brisket sandwich meal and a double roast beef sandwich meal which I place at 4:39pm on 8/13/24 after we placed it we went straight there and we were at my house 4 mins (1.1 miles) away and went through the Drive-through there were 2 cars in front of me after waiting about 20mins I got to the second window the food still was not ready the food got handed off to me about 10 mins after waiting at the window the food was cold so after we got home we heated it in a microwave after my fiancé ate he instantly vomited and had bad bowel movements (diarrhea) and a bad headache after seeing my fiancé vomit I thought he had food poisoning so I stopped eating immediately I ate all my fries and half of my sandwich by then now I’m feeling severe stomach pains like a knife stabbing me in the lower stomach like a heart beat and it came with very bad urgency to poop. I currently have bloody black diarrhea sadly. I feel like the food from this Arby’s located at 15 progress circle blue ridge ga gave my a bacterial infection in both me and my fiancé’s stomachs. I missed work because I got food poisoning we both did. I added every detail I could about my experience be my fiancé posted a review on here and they gave him a call, he spoke to (Randy) we called him back to tell him our symptoms have worsen for and example I’m bleeding in my stool but we had to leave a voicemail because he forwarded our call. I have a feeling they don’t care unless your going to seek treatment and report to the FDA. I will be doing so today. I am also putting this review on here to help people be careful and not experience the pain I am going through right now ibuprofen and pepto is not working, I’m in a lot of pain, and I am missing work and can’t even buy groceries how can these people give their customers poison, isn’t their customers the main factor in profits or did they forget that?

I got myself a brisket and my fiance got a double rb and it wasnt fresh and hot like we thought it be instead it was freezing cold but the biggest issue is shortly after I finish within the hr I became violently sick vomiting up what I just ate and a couple hrs later my fiance got violently sick with stomach issues and vomiting to.Becareful eating here you may get bad food poisoning from it and we will never return!!!!
