Waited 35 minutes she then went to seat us inside, we said outside please waited waited at least 20 more minutes, then 10 more to be greeted. ,med rare 16 oz. Ribeye,was very rare. Potatoes good. G.m.approached every table but ours. I still tipped 20 percent to server, not all her fault. . Never again”

“I have made this my Friday pizza spot. 5 weeks in a row I ordered pizza and salad take out. Its ready when I arrive. The pizza is delicious. Toppings are fresh. Sauce and cheese nice ratio, not over done. Keep up the consistently good food!”

“Saturday night 8/17/24 we ate at Boat Dock Bar and Grill. We were a party of 10, ages 6-74. Everyone had a great time, the food was great, and our server Murphy was amazing. She got every order right the first time. We hope to visit again when we stay in the area next year.”

“I was with 7 of my friends enjoying the Apple Houses in the area. A delightful enxperience was our meal at Circle J. The food was great. Our waitress a blessing. All around, the highest of recommendation.”

“Many places say they have fresh seafood but Jolly Roger is the real deal! This is beach food fresh and so delicious! We had the fried crab claws appetizer, fried shrimp and scallops combo meal, and fried trout meal. The crab claws are a little expensive but most places don’t have them so we hoped for the best and I’m so glad we took the risk! They give you a really good size portion and the crab claws were big, plenty of meat. Very pleasantly surprised! Our server was very nice and fast. We loved everything we ordered and will definitely be back!

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is for the seating area. There were a couple of flies that we had to swat away the whole time which was very annoying. Be advised seating is “indoors” but it’s more like a closed in patio, no a/c just fans. The food is for sure worth it though so if the seating bothers you, try a to-go order for sure!!”

“Such a calming and welcoming place to visit while shopping in Blue Ridge. After a hot day shopping in the hustle and bustle of tourists, it was nice to slip inside and have a glass of wine and relax. Must visit!”

The servers were very good at calling the names out loud and I didn't worry about not being able to hear my name being called. The only downside is that the outside area was very loud, but that may have been a me problem.”

“Fantastic spot to grab a quick breakfast before you hit the trails or the river. DQ has breakfast! It's fast the biscuits are fluffy and the coffee is good. The also have a mocha frappe situation that's delicious. Location is far less busy and much cheaper than the Starbucks next door so absolutely consider them next time you need to grab something from the drive through.”

“Friendly staff and ice cream on a warm spring day, what more can you ask for? Some hot dogs of course, wait there is that too. Being located steps from where the blue ridge scenic railway railcars load and unload you can’t pass up in this special treat. Quick and easy to order and ice cream is well……. Always good.Friendly service is what you’ll find at the establishment, on the other side it appears they also have plenty of the blue ridge gelrgia trinkets and wine tasting too. All this bundled up in a quaint old rail car, how fitting!”

“I went to the bar, the young gentleman was bartending and serving another 3 tables. But he was apologizing, and making sure that everyone knew he was on it. I felt attended, and even chit chat when he was making drinks. It was a solo lunch and I enjoyed

The lemon drop with salt ring was a good balance.
