Thought about a dinner and Chef at our VRBO in Blue Ridge...this restaurant experience was way better...Our party of 6 had the most amazing dining experience with Sebastian. We did a blind tasting dinner experience. Awesome service with food beyond compare...Deb the manager was wonderful also. Chef followed up tableside to ensure quality and expectations and confirm satisfaction. This is a must do when in Blue Ridge.
If you have just a night out for dinner, you MUST consider doing a blind experience with Sebastian! Don’t open the menu, allow him to give you an experience of a lifetime to creating a meal fit for a king and queen. A beautiful bottle of Chianti, a lavender lemonade and the Fiocchi di Pere, the Veal park was out of this world tender and flavorful to an after dinner espresso Martini. The entire staff treated you as if you were part of the family. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant. We had a “blind tasting dinner” with our waiter, Sebastian! Wow! He brought out a tremendous pairing of foods & wines and then desserts! What a great experience! This restaurant and experience is a MUST!!!
