Waited 35 minutes she then went to seat us inside, we said outside please waited waited at least 20 more minutes, then 10 more to be greeted. ,med rare 16 oz. Ribeye,was very rare. Potatoes good. G.m.approached every table but ours. I still tipped 20 percent to server, not all her fault. . Never again“

“I have made this my Friday pizza spot. 5 weeks in a row I ordered pizza and salad take out. Its ready when I arrive. The pizza is delicious. Toppings are fresh. Sauce and cheese nice ratio, not over done. Keep up the consistently good food!“

“I went to the bar, the young gentleman was bartending and serving another 3 tables. But he was apologizing, and making sure that everyone knew he was on it. I felt attended, and even chit chat when he was making drinks. It was a solo lunch and I enjoyed

“We ordered 7 pizzas from Blue Jeans on a recent trip to Blue Ridge. All the pizzas were correct as we ordered them, with plenty of cheese and toppings on each. The flavor was really good and the crust was classic NY style. We enjoyed our meal very much and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The pizzas we got were meat lovers, sausage onion and green pepper, Buffalo chicken (highly recommended). We also got a couple of cauliflower crusts for the gluten free in our crowd and they got very good reviews (I didn’t try them personally). We will definitely order from them again the next time we’re in the area.

“We had actually come here after trying the Blue Coyote and received some of the worst service there and had to walk out after waiting over 30 minutes and not being acknowledged. We decided to give this place a try and from the moment we walked in, the blond bartender (never caught her name) was very nice and gave great service. She even told us if we need something, just pop up to the bar instead of just sitting at the table waiting, cause I know it's a lot to try to handle the bar and table. Our food came pretty fast and was so good. The pretzel was HUGE. We've ordered these pretzels many places but that was the biggest one. (may want to lighten the salt just a bit though). I ordered the reuben and my mom and sister got the chicken quasadillas. Everyone was happy and loved it. The server/bartender was great and so nice. We really loved her and we were just so relieved to have a good experience after our bad experience downstairs.“

“Ordered from this location on Super Bowl Sunday using a later time for pick up. The app said no timing orders that day, so I ordered and went immediately to pick up my order. Upon arrival was informed my order would not be ready until 2 hrs later (the original time I requested pick up). There was a disconnect in the app saying no timing orders and what was actually transmitted in the system..., either way, the GM was there and prepped my order immediately. I appreciate the service!!“
