“Delicious Pizza. Fresh cut produce in salad bar. No bagged lettuce! Wonderful server. This was a very, very nice discovery rather than all the fast food places on the north side of town on 411. The restaurant is just one block off the main highway. They offer meal options, too. You can dine inside or outside.“

“I drove a commercial truck for a living and found The Biscuit Box while detouring around a big pile up on I75N. The food was a religious experience. After driving for over forty years and seeing the gradual decline of food quality at truck stops and restaurants the Biscuit Box was like traveling back in time before pre-fab food became dominant. I have long since retired but I hope to make it back one day if I’m ever in the area. If you have the chance to stop by you will not regret it.“

“A total hidden gem! My family stopped in on our drive from South Carolina to Chattanooga and were blown away. Simple menu, incredible food, and hands-down amazing pie. The welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home, even from out of state. Worth every single mile and dollar!“
