“My husband and I recently took our first trip to Blue Ridge and by far one of our favorite stops from our trip was Das Kaffee Haus!Our barista was named Alex and he was so kind and left us with an amazing experience!We ordered an apple cider and a hot chocolate, both exceptionally good. My husband said it was the best hot chocolate he had ever had! It was a perfect stop for such a cold day.The atmosphere was so nice inside the cafe with some seating by the window and cute merchandise around the shop as well.When we come back to Blue Ridge this will definitely be one of our first go to spots!“
“This location was good. They have a score of 100 which is awesome. The baristas are super nice and friendly. They even offered my dog crushed ice since he can't have pup cup. Only lost one star cause they mixed up our drink sizes and we had to go back out later.“
“Having read the 1-2 star reviews (there are only a total of 8 reviews) and having visited this location several times, all I can say is consider the source... This particular Starbucks is located inside the Ingles store. First off - that's a luxury, and I'm grateful for it. They've made our coffees perfectly every time, and the prices are well below what we have paid at home. E.g. $4.50 for a double tall latte versus $5.50 to $6. As for the dog issue - Ingles doesn't allow them - unless they are actual Service Dogs. And the Starbucks is located inside,,,Ingles...which is a FOOD store... As for the wifi; I haven't tried to access it, so I can't comment on that;however, while there are some tables there, again, it's in the front of a busy grocery store - which isn't conducive to sitting for hours unmolested by noise and distractions. As far as the staff, I've found them to be unwaveringly polite and quick. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for my drink - served with a smile.“

“So cute!!! The flavor selection was fun, the latte was better than any chain restaurant, and we got all our souvenirs here, too ? We went twice while in town, and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend- and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the are.“
“We were visiting from SC. There are no apple orchards where we live and we've never picked apples. This was a great experience and we had so much fun! Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, not only about the apples, but about the items inside of the apothecary as well. Thanks for a great afternoon!“
“I go here a lot because it's conveniently located by my work. I can definitely say their food and drinks never disappoint. I wish I had pictures, but I'm the kind of person who inhales their food. I can recommend a few things for sure: top favorite the cheeseburger wrap, then there is their breakfast bowls which are pretty hefty in serving size. I love thier coffees, they have seasonal flavors, and their lattes have a nice strong coffee taste. Some are more sweet than others always ask the cashiers they know what to recommend. They also have weekly menu items. I usually just go in because there is plenty of seating, but they also have a drive thru too! Veteran friendly!“
“Don’t listen to all the complaints. My Reuben was very good. It was warm and not too wet or dry A little pricey for a sandwich. But I’m not mad. Lady at counter was nice and patient. Nice atmosphere ( different than just sitting in a regular old restaurant) I’d eat here again. Very nice!?“
