“Hey All, just wanted to say thanks for the coupons on the back of the Kroger Register Tapes. I was visiting a friend in Jasper when we seen the coupon and decided to give it a try. What a great place and a great product, staff was very polite. Went back a couple times without the coupon but will make sure I grab next time for the savings. Thanks again Jax Coffee. Great exposure being teamed up with Kroger.“

“Wonderful coffee and great atmosphere! Exceptional customer service 🥰☕️“

“I'm visiting from Chattanooga, TN and have been to many different Starbucks. My experience here with James as my server was beyond exceptional! It was the best experience I have ever had anywhere! I can't rate the food because I only bought a drink, but based on what I saw, it has to be good, too. You need more people like James in Chattanooga!“

“Great food, delivered by an excellent team, it’s always a great experience. I love this place!“

“Great cup of coffee ☕️ I shall return again“

“Good breakfast, delicious and fresh. However I want to point out an issue with the credit card terminal, the tips are set at 25, 30 and 35%, pay attention before you pay and choose the custom tip option. It’s very dishonest to have the terminal setup this way.“

“Awesome customer service! You know you go there everyday, when they can tell you your drink order at the drive-thru, before you say a word.😆😆 Highly recommended!💯😎“
