“After a long journey from Banff we needed a coffee and the Starbucks seemed to be the only place open to get one. Very friendly staff, sorted out my breakfast bun without Gouda, great cup of Earl Grey tea, slice of lemon cake and a coffee, all for $20.74 Top marks all round“
“I called in the day before to explain I was going to need a fairly large order to go for a local nursing home. I needed a gallon of hot chocolate and two dozen donuts. They recommended the large 100oz JOE BOX with hot chocolate. So I gave them my name and cell number and pickup time. Next day when I arrived, nobody knew anything about my order so I had to wait 20 while it was made. Then after paying I was told " you should have used the app and you would have saved quite a bit of money". Oh ok, so why wasn't I told that the day before? Basically I ended up having to WAIT and pay FULL PRICE. Donuts and hot chocolate were good but not exactly the experience it should have been.“
