“Great fresh and hot quarter pounder w cheese. I made a food and bathroom stop. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels.No one was at the inside cash register when I walked over to order but then staff came over to take my order. Food arrived in a few minutes and was freshly made.“

“Great staff! I came in with a last minute order for three of the gallon coffees! They didn't blink an eye! The pretty older lady just asked would I mind coming in the store to get my order together. Let's just say the staff made 30+ ladies, who traveled for women's retreat from Atlanta, very happy!!! We met JESUS in them hills and at Dunkin!“

“Was recently on vacation here and visited this Starbucks every day. Every day the same drink order was made differently. Consistence is not key here. Also - ginger took my order & was extremely nice, but also new, and when she asked Kris on bar where a button was located, Kris yelled “WHAT” at her right in front of us before helping her. I would have sent her home immediately as a shift manager for her poor attitude & terrible customer service. Hope management & ultimately corporate sees this. Stress is not an excuse for poor behaivor.“
