“This location of Dunkin’ Donuts is always spot on! Samiey is in particular the most amazing manager I’ve ever come across. She not only on a personal level is great to work with when I come in for orders. But on behalf of the Cherokee high school PTSA, which I am currently the vice president, she donates and makes every single event that I ask for help incredible. She is so easy to work with and on top of her job!“

I ordered online and by the time I got there my cold foam had melted. Before even opening the window in the drive thru, she looked at it and fixed it. She’s always so sweet. “If I could give Mel and Ty more than five stars, I would. These two are the definition of grace under pressure—and frankly, they did more to resolve my issue than the entire customer service phone line managed in multiple calls. (12 calls total).
From the moment I spoke with them, they were kind, professional, and—get this—they actually followed through. Every callback was prompt, every promise was kept, and they treated my frustration with genuine empathy instead of the usual corporate script.
They even went above and beyond by reaching out to their district manager on my behalf. That’s not just good service—that’s personal integrity. Mel and Ty didn’t just help me; they restored a little faith in humanity.

“Found my new Lunch spot! I’m in Jasper at least once a week and can never find a good place to eat. I don’t want to do fast food. Found this gem yesterday and I’m so pleased. Jade was our sever and did a fantastic job. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the potato soup and I could really taste the love in it. The decor reminded me of my Grandparents home in South GA. Made me feel warm.“

“Waffle House employees at this location are friendly, welcoming, and talkative. I always get it to go and they carry on a conversation that makes the wait short. And it's always a different team. They are all good. Omelets are not on the menu but they'll make you one (or more). The S'more waffles are killer. Get 'em while they're available.“
