“I've sat in Because Coffee dozens of times at this point, sometimes for hours, to drink coffee and do a variety of others things—meet for chats, bible studies, or research and writing for school. They have amazing coffee, kind people who clearly have great camaraderie among themselves and with their customers, and a kind atmosphere that does not feel demanding. On the coffee, they roast their own beans, and you can smell it (smells amazing) while sipping your own coffee. Because they are regularly roasting their own beans, you can absolutely tell in the taste of the coffee. I usually get an Oatmilk Latte with no flavoring in it, just so I can enjoy the espresso's flavor. My all-time favorite is the Cortado, served in a small 8oz glass (real glass!). But, they also have creative seasonal flavoring combos that are amazing flavors that make it fun to get a flavor of the season latte as well. The staff are always incredibly kind, whether I'm ordering, asking questions about a product, or just checking in. So, I never feel pressure like I'm hanging around too long or need to move along. It's a great coffee shop and a great space to be.“

“My friend and I used to come here every Sunday but our schedules changed and we had stopped going. Well today we stopped back in and the owners recognized us, gave us the usual phenomenal service and even told us about his new favorite item. The people here ago above and beyond every time I come in. They have a great atmosphere and they are one of the places I take my out of town guests!
The doughnuts are fresh, the toppings are delish and more than that they let you customize your own if you can’t find one that you want. This place is also child friendly and they have amazing coffee flavors to add into drinks.“

“What an amazing pizza joint! While Christmas shopping in the Dawsonville area we came across Grandma's NY Pizza, and WOW! I've had pizza in NY before and this place is hands down the most authentic tasting since my last trip to NY. We loved the connolis we grabbed for a sweet treat too!
